Good day to you all. Lazy weekend for me, hadn't realised how tired I was. That Christmas break just about knocked me out. I'm just about ready for that FEB, then I'll think about lunch.

Interesting day for JRVS tomorrow; EGM to approve tube lines sale.

Analysis of possible value after sales completed:-

turnover approx 500 million,
profit before interest, exceptionals etc approx. 35 million,
(these figures from the CEO )

A P/E of 10 would give an enterprise value of 350 million.
Debt of approx. 240 million would give an equity value of 110 million.
Tax losses of approx. 120 million gives a value to a bidder of 230 million.
There are 150 million shares in issue so that gives a share price of 1-50. (This is 5 times the current share price.)

Does this sound reasonable?
