If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Iain,
It should not prompt you to login unless the session has been unused for 8 hrs - can you tell me if you have session cookies enabled on your PC?

Iain - Do you use ZoneAlarm, if so you will have to amend Privacy control (cookies) under site list.
This happened to me, all ok now though.

Iain,
Go to toopls at the top of internet explorer and then click on internet options, then select privacy and then click on advanced - you should be able to change the settings in here and you should have session cookies enabled.
Let me know if you need any further help.

Iain,
I will pass this onto Jonathan to see if he can shed any light on it.
Thanks

I am having problems all day with obtaining
1) login
2) Watchlist
3) Traders
4) Investors
The pages are taking more than 5mins to load if they do. This is the first time I have been able to log in properely to-day.
I thought at first it was your platform as I don't have any difficulties accessing Comdirect or Barclays etc.
One of the errors or stumbles is read as adverts download http:adserv1.moneyam/oasis/oaisi.phy?=3&c etc.
Could you email me thoughts as I am not sure if I can access this page again!!

Since I threatened to switch its power off the behaviour of the computer as far as moneyam is concerned has improved. But still seems a delay in changing from Investor to Traders page. But at least all seems functioning. Don't know why. Haven't changed the config or setup.
Have a nice Weekend (Chronologically speaking)

Like Fred, for the first time ever I couldnt get the traders index page on Friday. ISP is www.fast24.co.uk using 64k ISDN. It had sorted itself out by Saturday but it is unusually slow again today.
