Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 08:46 - 22158 of 24230

(Rattle, rattle) S'funny, doors locked. I'm sure I can see a pair of ears sticking up behind the counter. "Hello, anybody there?" (rattle, rattle)

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 08:49 - 22159 of 24230

(rattle, rattle..kick)

Hmm, I think I'll go to K's, see if anyone is there.

Socrates - 04 Aug 2008 08:54 - 22160 of 24230

Oh, we have another one! Kimoldfield you may notice that the sign on the door says "PULL" not "PUSH". The cafe is never shut.

Good morning all.

jeffmack - 04 Aug 2008 09:43 - 22161 of 24230

Morning all
Back from my annual weeks fishing trip in France. As per usual weather was not great with a fair bit of rain. But had a great time anyway.

Spaceman - 04 Aug 2008 10:00 - 22162 of 24230

Morning all, lovely day here in Hastings at the moment, dont expect it will last from what they said on the forecast last night.

Looks as though the mad axe man is dong well over the road in his new place. Still lambykins has told me he wont be going in there again as its owned by a sheep killer ;-)

Any chance of a danish and latte?

Socrates - 04 Aug 2008 10:19 - 22163 of 24230

Hello Spacie and Jeffers (sounds like a music hall act). Fishing in France sounds interesting, did you catch any Frenchmen (or women) Jeffers?

Spacie, we've got coffee, will that do instead of whatever that Latte stuff is?

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 10:25 - 22164 of 24230

Morning all - good to see you back Jeffie - nice tan ;>)
Danish for me also please.

Spaceman - 04 Aug 2008 10:41 - 22165 of 24230

Socs, coffee sounds good although i like mine to be mostly hot skimmed milk !

Spaceman - 04 Aug 2008 10:46 - 22166 of 24230

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 10:59 - 22167 of 24230

LOL Spacie, mind you do feel for him, it must be a strain staying awake for such long periods of time I mean our Keaydian always liked his naps!

OK lunch......

Ye Ol'Spag Bol I think, freshly made liberal doses of both garlic and red wine in it :>)

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 11:45 - 22168 of 24230

(Rattle, rattle) Damn, I forgot! Morning, did you know that Keaydian has changed the pull sign to push on the door?

Can't see his business lasting long, they just can't get the orders right over there! MMMmmm! can I smell spag bol?

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 11:46 - 22169 of 24230

You can Kim, you can almost ready :>)

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 11:53 - 22170 of 24230

KEAYDIAN - 04 Aug 2008 12:20 - 22171 of 24230

(Door flung open)

Hey Pal, you've forgot your Welsh rabbit.

(stamp stomp stamp stomp stamp stomp)

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 12:34 - 22172 of 24230

One double portion of Spag Bol for Kim :>)

Ah! Keaydian - Spag Bol for you?

Socrates - 04 Aug 2008 12:35 - 22173 of 24230

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 12:40 - 22174 of 24230

Socco - Spag Bol?

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 12:53 - 22175 of 24230

Thanks Bunny, keep it warm for a minute would you please, just have to take this Welsh rabbit across the road.

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2008 12:54 - 22176 of 24230

Will do, if you're sure about returning that, you know that phrase about opening a can of worms........

kimoldfield - 04 Aug 2008 12:59 - 22177 of 24230

I think it already had worms in it, anyway I've taken it back now. There's something strange about that place, almost sinister; I'm sure I saw a plant eating a customer!
