Alfa, some of the big sells today may be a further French retreat?

automatic - 08 Nov 2006 20:36 - 22171 of 27111

calyon corperate must have made a nice profit?can't remember what they bought at though, does anyone think that if SP goes up say to 2p that the other big buyers will be selling to? if so then i would not like to guess where the SP would be certainly below 1p

ths - 08 Nov 2006 20:45 - 22172 of 27111

I'm not sure that they sold they just might have had their holding diluted

Tonyrelaxes - 08 Nov 2006 22:18 - 22173 of 27111

Been out all day. Nice welcome home. Thanks.
Reading back, 2 things:-

MadPad 22154. "Remember we have British,American and German lawyers working on these contracts". I bet French lawyers are working on it too - and not from such a positive viewpoint as we might wish!!

Alan 22169. It is also possible they took up some of their Entitlement (but not all) and just fell below the 3%. If they took up full entitlement they would have now been holding about 3.2%. I have not looked at the overall % that did not take up to see how that matches - it is spoiling the tranquility in my head after a good day out!

sellsell - 09 Nov 2006 08:36 - 22174 of 27111

where has everyone gone - just shocked about the turnaround maybe!

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2006 08:40 - 22175 of 27111

No news - nowt to say -just enjoying the ride while it lasts!!!

We are not used to this - they are probably recovering from the shock !!!!

robinhood - 09 Nov 2006 09:07 - 22177 of 27111

am probably wrong , but my little toe tells me we have at last turned the corner

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2006 09:08 - 22178 of 27111

Or round the bend.
Anyone got any clue or theory as to what has happened these last 2 days????
Alan

pinnacle - 09 Nov 2006 09:28 - 22179 of 27111

possible stake building, or the shorters are now going long.

I know which one I prefer until the price recovers!

kimoldfield - 09 Nov 2006 09:32 - 22180 of 27111

Overcome with euphoria, shareholders have been stake building in preparation for the news that SEO may, with a bit of luck, release an RNS that may contain some news that could be construed as having details of a possible contract or two, or indeed, maybe three.

boldtrader - 09 Nov 2006 09:35 - 22181 of 27111

This is now starting to look like a great recovery, but, this will also be a hard and bumpy ride for those of us who averaged down to whatever price from the heady days of 30p.
I see us eventually turning a profit on our investment/gamble/deal,whatever you may call it, but there will be alot of selling, dips and troughs, along the way,due to the very fact that those who fortunately bought in at these prices, will take profit along the way and Good luck to them. Great to see Intitutions coming on board, lets hope for contract news soon. good luck to all on here. Cheers.
PS. Tony you must be that relaxed, you let the other board members report on the egm,was that planned at the meeting or were you just resting and relaxing after the event!!!(no offence intended).

Tonyrelaxes - 09 Nov 2006 09:37 - 22182 of 27111

No euphoria here, but lots of optimism.
It is salutory to remember an SP needs to double to recover a 50% drop.

moneyplus - 09 Nov 2006 11:44 - 22183 of 27111

Agree with boldtrader-I have sat on my losses hoping this wasn't another disaster like pcm. Recovery looks promising so I've taken up my offer and bought more. Thanks for all the regular postings that kept me informed and holding on!

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2006 11:48 - 22184 of 27111

Another notifiable interest!!!

Tonyrelaxes - 09 Nov 2006 11:50 - 22185 of 27111

Bold trader
I have been rushing out n' about ever since the EGM and not had time to write it up. In the meantime others have covered it exactly as it was so saved me the effort!
Personal view - Still holding with confidence, not adding for the time being but will reconsider on announcements. When (OH, when?) they come I expect that to be the start of a major growth in SEOs value, to be sustained for a long time. But I also thought it was coming when I topped up at 16p. And 15p. And 13p. And 4.5p. And 3.8p. :-{

moneyplus - 09 Nov 2006 11:52 - 22186 of 27111

UBS-SCHRODERS and now ME!! not in the million club as I was with the other one but enough to keep me happy if they carry on like this. Incredible number of shares traded so far today. Champagne party if they reach 1 ???

Sharesure - 09 Nov 2006 11:53 - 22187 of 27111

The best part about these notifiable interests is that the holders will not put up with the shoddy performance this mgt. has given us without demanding and getting changes. The sooner we ship out out some of the current Board the better; in my view they are not astute enough or competent enough to manage the commercialisation of a great line-up of products.

robinhood - 09 Nov 2006 11:55 - 22188 of 27111

retirement party more like

Tonyrelaxes - 09 Nov 2006 11:56 - 22189 of 27111

A record? Five consecutive RNSs without a correction of the figures.

Is this indicative of the turn around in management performance we all crave?
