Thanks Priscilla & optomistic.
Priscilla. I don't have access to the Traders' Room so I would be delighted if you would help me out there.
optomistic. I hadn't considered TD Waterhouse, but will now have a look at what they can offer.

grevis2: I've just copied your request to the SIPP experts and I'll keep an eye out to see what responses you get. I've suggested the guys could post here directly or contact you via the internal mail. Good luck and have a cup of tea and a slice of cake while you're waiting.

Afternoon all.
grevis 2 - I have a fairly substantial SIPP with comdirect and EPM Global - they work together and therefore all admin easy. There is an annual charge (not much) and 12.50 per trade charge. There are more competitive deals about but I had used comdirect for years and knew they were reliable and helpful. Details of the SIPP is on the www.comdirect website. See what Priscilla comes up with though!

jeffmack: I've had a good look at James Hay. I've somewhat dismissed them mainly due to their high charges. They have a set up fee and have an extra charge everytime you deal, which I don't like. I also thought their helpline person was not terribly good.

Priscilla: Many thanks for your efforts. I've had that cup of tea but ran out of cake yesterday.

jj50: Thanks for the info on comdirect. I've had a look at their website but their procedures for dealing with transfers-in seem less clear cut than some of their competitors

I think our Bunny must be thoroughly fed up, these viruses take a lot of removing. Socs I hope you are eating a goodly amount of your sherry trifle, we have two deliveries a week arriving for you, and no small quantity either!!
Yes and Q for P, were you making this lemon drizzle cake just for lambykins?

I'm struggling to keep up production of LDC to meet all the bids registered in the Grand Pooch Sale. Could I interest anybody in some yummy 'Fruits of the Forest' cheesecake? (It's turned out more of a raspberry mousse cake with red berry fruits through it but it tastes nice!)

I agree with Technet. I found EMPL and ComDirect efficient and helpful. Barclays seemed to be improving but I tink have a hell of a way to go.
