LOL Gf, apart from that jammy set piece United never looked like scoring. You had better pray Rooney (awesome today) and Van Persie stay fit. Good result but they needed it today. Wide open now mate :O)

1. Manager Sean Dyche wins the November Manager of the month award for the 2nd successive month, twice on the trot now which happens quite rarely.
2. Danny Ings wins the regional Player of the month award for all North West Clubs for November.
3. Danny Ings has also been selected for the England U-21 squad again.
4. Jay Rodrigues is selected for the full England squad, Jay who was born and learnt his trade at Burnley.
So quite a proud week for the club, with little resources.
Just to cap it off, despite being held at home to a shock draw, Burnley increase their lead at the top of the League to 2 points going into the International break.

Conlan back with Northern Ireland
Tuesday, 12th November 2013
Left back Luke Conlan has won another call up for the Northern Ireland under-21s for games against Italy and Cyprus.
Having been called up three times previously, he finally got his debut as a late substitute against Serbia in October and will now be hoping for some more game time in these latest UEFA European Under-21 Championships.
The first of the two games will come against the Italians in two days time. The game will be played at Stadio Giglio in Reggio Emilia, hope ground of AC Reggiana.
They return home to Northern Ireland and Mourneview Park in Lurgan for the game against Cyprus. This will be played on Tuesday 19th November.

Make a note of that name because in my humble opinion if he keeps the steady progress up that he has made to date he will go far.

Manchester United are after a left back. :) On the up and coming front, hoping injury doesn't plague Ben Pearson.

Only 3 million more than Fellaini! He must be rubbish. :) Still, do you take Luncheon Vouchers?

We certainly do take LV's... As an add on of course. But getting back to Fellaini, are you not playing him out of position?

Behind the striker is fine for pressure relief - long ball, trying to see out a game, bit of height, roughhousing a centre back, but on the whole Manchester United have better players for that position; Kagawa, Januzaj, and Rooney. He plays in midfield for Belgium, requires at least one mobile player next to him. He needs to settle in, but looks a squad player - for a lot of money.
Cheers,

Money gratefully recieved by EFC for Fellaini. Just hope Martinez is allowed to spend some of it in January.

I still don't fancy your chances Stan and think you've got the weakest squad out of the top eight teams.
This time last year Palace were top and were lucky to end up with a play off place by May.
