Time for bed - nite all

Spaceman - 14 Jan 2005 04:19 - 22364 of 23498

Morning all, just got back to Sydney after a couple of days in my favorite place, Huskinson on Jervis Bay NSW. Only a quick trip this time, one day when I win the lottery I will move there, we had a look at some property but it was a bit expensive 3.4 million Australian Dollars for a small beach front house in Hyams Beach, thats about 1.4 million pounds, the best thing is the house will probably be pulled down and new one built there.

Flying back Sunday evening so in the UK Monday afternoon, can someone make sure the wether is similar to here, its about 28C and sunny in Five Dock at the moment.

I will be watch the news tonight to see how that little bundle of electronics that has travelled 2 billion miles across space, manages to cope with a crash landing on a moon of Saturn. And some people think science is boring ;-)

little willie - 14 Jan 2005 08:07 - 22365 of 23498

Morning all,
Hi Spacie, still in Oz mode then; I thought you'd returned to sanity but obviously not.

Strange cove your antipodean, eh? Can drink a bit but have some very strange habits and attitudes re the fairer sex.

Very quiet in here so I'll have a cup of Earl Grey with lemon, read the Torygraph and smoke a ceegar as there's no-one about to complain.
I think I'll puff the smoke all over the place like Jerry did in his and Margots house when she was away once in a ephisode [?] of The Good Life.

Luvvly Jubbly...who's gonna be first to tell me orf???

Priscilla - 14 Jan 2005 08:14 - 22366 of 23498

I won't tell you off, LW and I'll join you in the Earl Grey with lemon, if that's OK.

Just dropped in to cheer up our ailing Mr Socks, who, if you're languishing at home, Sir.......check out our favourite share......up another 10p this morning (2.89%). (That's Dyson Group for lurkers who wonder what on earth I'm on about: EPIC DYS)

Morning all, I'm a bit late this morning, been lazy and slept in. Any fresh tea?

Spaceman - 14 Jan 2005 09:46 - 22372 of 23498

LW, no I am in Oz until Sunday evening, back in the UK monday afternoon. Dont know if you have been to Oz but if you have and if it was a while ago you would be amazed at how its changed. When I first visited in 1981 it was very backward in many ways, nows its pretty modern. I love it here and this is my 13th or 14th trip, we have spent about a month here each year since about 1997.

I would like to live here for about 6 month each year but unfortunately I can only get a tourist visa which means 3 months max.

Priscilla - 14 Jan 2005 09:48 - 22373 of 23498

I'll make you some fresh tea, opto....while I watch the lovely DYS wander gracefully towards 3.66. Fresh coffee and walnut danish ring is cooling on the rack. Interested?

Spaceman - 14 Jan 2005 09:50 - 22374 of 23498

P, any chance of a nice bit of lemon drizle ready for Monday afternoon? Lambykins keeps asking for some ;-)

Iain - 14 Jan 2005 09:52 - 22375 of 23498

Priscilla - 14 Jan 2005 09:58 - 22378 of 23498

I've arranged a special delivery of fresh Sicilian lemons to be delivered first thing Monday morning. Lambykins will have a cake all to himself but there'll be enough for him to share with his 'significant other' and 'close friends'.

Good morning, sleepyheads! Bacon toasties now ready and a fresh pot of coffee.
