Pretty much what you expect in a recession, especially when the EU countries are in a far worse state than we are. Overall, it looks pretty good allowing for current conditions. Osborne looks to be doing a good job.

It would certainly be a lot worse with a left leaning government.

I think George should blame the Cypriots for the Uk's economic disaster.

The new Levels on regulations are unlikely to do much. It is interesting to note that all the events that caused the Leveson were investigated and people charged under legislation that already existed. None of the events investigated by Leveson would be referred to any new regulatory framework.

Noticed that Cameron didn't turn up for the last negotiation night.

Probably protecting his ------- as usual.


Mind the Press seem enthusiastic about the decisions.


Cameron reminds me more and more of Blair, out of touch and should be concentrating on his legacy.

It tends to blind some from what maybe their overall responsibilities.

I would think that Blair, Brown recently and earlier Harold Wilson and Anthony Eden would be good examples of not handling power well.

He was very respectful to the woman he called a bigot. He was very respectful to his staff when he shouted, swore and threw things at them. One of the worst PMs the UK has ever hadf. and certainly a bad manager.

He didn't call a woman a bigot to her face. Inadvertently he forgot he was still 'miked up' and said that to his aide as a private comment. Just bad timing, imo.

It showed to the public what a nasty person Brown was. This was already known by his staff who suffered under him. The stories of his bad behaviour were legion while he was in office. When he left it turned out that he was even worse, flying into terrible rages.

He was certainly honest, as opposed to many liars we have had....
What did Cameron say about his quotes about the cuts, growth and downgrades!! was he honest? He might have dementia!
