now its blowing a gale here and I am going out for a bike ride, first time I have done that for about 18 months and I hate cycling when its windy. Oh well I dont expect I will get very far...

Morning, nodded off whilst watching the Olympics! Very early morning making packed lunches, getting waterproof gear ready then packing the family off for a day of climbing, canoeing and skiing at Plas y Brenin in Capel Curig and thinking to myself "telly's mine for the day!" then I fall asleep! Obviously in need of some seriously sweet and sticky sustenance so I hope there's some Danish pastries left?

Good morning all. Sorry I've been away but family comes first. Had to help with a medical emergency that occured in Kent so I've been off-line for a few days. Order is now restored and I've spent the night cleaning the place up.

Good to see the Keaydian is back, although I have received a statutory notice from the fire inspector that his abode is substandard. He will have to have a fire escape installed and an adequate fire detection and alarm system. Sorry to hear that his cafe burned down, can anyone say what happened, was it arson?
