Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Hays,
I wouldn't like it, but I would not attempt to prevent such posters, unless they were likely to incite others to violence or other illegal acts.
I have seen many very "ugly" posters, which I disliked and preferred that they had been self censored.
-----------
On the previous postings, I would prefer state funding and allowances only for state run "secular" schools.
Those who wish their children to attend "Faith" or other "Privately" run schools would be able to do so, but the cost of doing so should not be borne by, or subsidised by the state in any way.
That would not interfere with what I would be the rights of the individual.
My children are their 40s and 50s and when I reflect back remember that they did have periods of private education and tuition, which for various reasons I was prepared to fund.

what a naughty boy! ...... but no doubt it was to give your children a better start in life, rather like many of your labour politicians do - e.g. slimeball blair

I would hardly have provided language and music tuition for them, if I didn't think it was for their benefit.
A bit like tennis coaching etc..
Other parts of private education, was due to me having to move bases and it seemed to be the easiest way to get round a problem, until I had a more permanent base, when they could attend local schools.
I would do the same again, if it was necessary.

of course and why should you not - or anyone else for that matter? ...... i'm sure it bettered their chances in later life .....no doubt you also took as much care as you could to live where there were good local schools too ..... and if you were in the forces, i believe that they look after their officers' children pretty well too

priorities almost certainly, but i would hope the aspirations you have for your children are very similar albeit that you may choose a slightly different route to encourage them to achieve or even exceed their potential

If ED did post here he would probably get a lot of abuse, especially if he posted anything similar to silly things he says .

Is that the part of the body you like kissing so much?
=========
A little ditty for Cameron and Osborne to his backbenchers.
Isn't it rich?
Aren't we a pair?
Me here at last
You on the ground,
I'm in mid-air.
Where are the clowns?
Isn't it rich?
Isn't it queer,
Losing my timing so late
In my career?
And there are the clowns?
Around me in pairs.

Two Eds still have no clue on the economy
By Daily Mail Comment
PUBLISHED:00:47, 22 March 2013| UPDATED:17:00, 22 March 2013But, when it came to explaining what Labour would do differently, there was only the prospect of more borrowing and more debt – the exact policies that got us into this mess in the first place.
For an insight into what might happen in a Britain run by Labour look to France, where Socialist President Francois Hollande is already pursuing the keep-spending-and-bash-the-rich policies so beloved of Mr Balls and Ed Miliband.
Unsurprisingly, wealth creators are deserting in droves and, yesterday, it was revealed that business activity in France had shrunk at the fastest rate for four years – with experts predicting the economy will contract by 0.7 per cent this year, and fall into a third recession.
Yes, Mr Osborne still has a mountain to climb. But the alternative – the two Eds – is nothing short of terrifying.
