Bunny is having serious problems with her PC (virus) so next week it could be self service for a while. Always the pot of tea available and a fresh delivery of danish every day. Perhaps Priscilla could drizzle a little more lemon for us?

Afternoon - Thanks Opto for posting about the problems my usual
computer has got - poor thing, but I've wrapped it in a blanket
and force-fed it some Beechams cold and flu relief so hopefully
it will recover at some point!

Seriously...it's out of use, the virus can't be fixed or removed nor
can the file it has lodged itself in, so I'm on a borrowed laptop for
now awaiting a rebuild when it can be done by a helpful but extremely
busy brother, who could be regretting the day he acquired a 'baby' sister!
;>) I did try various 'stuff' myself to fix it, but out of my depth.

Looks like i missed the Pooch again, will leave a special chewy chew for him, something to get his teeth into :>) No dribling on the clean floor mind!

Just got home, wish I hadnt the weather is gray cold and raining !

JeffMack - we think the virus came in via a games website, got
through Norton firewall/anti-virus etc, but the exact place where
it was acquired is not known as the root can't be traced at this time.
The only protection further to what we had I feel is to ban all
surfing and playing on games websites and possibly PS2 cheat sites.
Youngest son is not happy but feels rotten about it so will abide by
the new rules. Aside of that, it hasn't come in on an attachment,
downloading is already banned and music websites also and
there really isn't any other surfing done, it's all to sites like this
one that is unlikely to be infected.
We've just been unlucky I guess.
