Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

The oil production problem is further complicated by the fact that the oil is a finite resource. Typically, many oil producers prefer lower production at a higher price to increase the lifespan of their resource. Many OPEC producers resist increased production due to a downward influence on prices. The last thing they want is selling even more oil at lower prices. It is similar to the way that diamond sales and production are controlled by a cartel to maintain the price.

leaving aside that Colditz Story was a highly fictionalised version of a true story, perhaps MrT can enlighten us all about this (alleged) polish informer and what happened to him

wine at £4.99 is about good enough for cooking and little else ...... i haven't done the maths, but the wine content must be barely 50p

Its actually £12 in Tesco and Morrisons are limiting it to a tanker lorry per customer.

Tesco is a great exponent of the double the price for a few weeks and then claim it is half price. There have been official complaints about their games, but they are fairly careful to stick to the letter of the law.

HaHa, love em. Hi Everyone. Sorry I don't often post. but love to read your offering's.
Hi Tanker.
Cannot think of a simpler explanation
3 give £10 = "a" is now - £10, "b" - £10, "c" - £10. "a" take's the money and pays the £25
= "a" now has the £5 he has saved by paying £25 instead of £30. and the net cost to him is £10 less the £5 he has paid Therefore "a" is now - £5, b - £10 c - £10.
"a" Repays £1 to b, and $1 to c
= "a" is now - £7, "b" - £9, "c" = £9 (9+9+7 = The £25 spent).
Only thing wrong is they were not brothers. or even friends.

A: They couldn't close his casket.

A: Slow down. And possibly use a lubricant.
Q: What's worse than spiders on your piano?
A: Crabs on your organ.
