You might just regret saying that Dil...remember same comment from yourself of BSP at the same price of 0.30 pence before they went up to 2.50 pence.

Humble pie soon for you.

Investtech Analysis (update from Monday):

Neutral (Medium term) - Dec 12, 2005 Analysis Explanation
DIMENSION RES. ORD 1P does not show any clear trend. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has support at p 0.20. Poor liquidity (traded 41% of the days, mean 0.06 mill per day) weakens the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

News by christmas would be in time for inclusion in newspaper tipster lists
which appear around the time of the new year of possible multibagger penny or sub-penny shares.

These sometimes draw wider attention to those often sought,
seldom found shares of stellar, rocket - like performance.

SueHelen - 17 Dec 2005 12:30 - 243 of 1904

Kivver..everything you need to know in the below email from Brian Mortiz...from 4 weeks ago.

Dear Mr Dusseldorf

I am sorry not to have replied earlier but I have returned today from South Africa,
on holiday and not in Somerset West!

The stone deposits are intended to be operated by a third party and Dimension, via
Natural Stone Industries, will be paid a royalty. This should enable the tax losses
to be used up against the income from the contractor. Selling the quarries outright
is not easy as we are advised that it would trigger a change from old order to new
order mining rights. In other words, we would not have the sole right to re-apply
under the new legislation, we might lose the right entirely and we would in any case
need a BEE partner with 26% of the operation.

Dimension itself is a Bermuda company and not subject to tax, but I have covered the
tax angle above.

As and when we have a signed contract for the sale of the factory we will make a
formal announcement on RNS. Until that point it is very difficult to reach an
agreement to bring in another business as we do not know what we have to offer.
However, any new business is likely to require cash. What Geoffrey Hoodless and I
are currently saying is that any additional cash will need to be the primary
responsibility of the incoming people rather than ourselves

Regards

Brian Moritz

A Bemuda company ..... says it all.

SueHelen - 18 Dec 2005 08:06 - 245 of 1904

Does it.....I like the fact they have 4 million in tax losses to use....and when the new company is formed it will outside parties putting cash into the company. So if they can't get a 2 million injection after the acquisition or reverse takeover we will no doubt see the price around 3 pence.

1000% rise from current levels - can it happen !!!
