I fancy a nice big mug of hot sweet cocoa.

chocolat - 18 Jan 2005 19:30 - 22610 of 23498

It's that kind of weather for it, really..

Socrates - 18 Jan 2005 19:46 - 22611 of 23498

Chocolat
I thought any kind of weather would do for that.

I now have to decide what to do about my few hundred shares in OOM, shall I take the money?

chocolat - 18 Jan 2005 20:03 - 22612 of 23498

Oh yes, Socks - you could buy a lot of beans with that.

Socrates - 18 Jan 2005 20:16 - 22613 of 23498

Chocolate beans?

chocolat - 18 Jan 2005 20:53 - 22614 of 23498

Cocoa beans, Socks - commodities and all that.
Chocolate's always full of beans..

This_is_me - 18 Jan 2005 21:25 - 22615 of 23498

Competition!

Why not, over your cup of tea, play the Argos game. Simply put daft words into the search box and see what you get. The best one wins! My best so far is 'worthless crap'. Can you do better?

Socrates - 18 Jan 2005 23:03 - 22616 of 23498

OK, one last cuppa before bed. I feel a nap attack coming on.

Spaceman - 18 Jan 2005 23:13 - 22617 of 23498

TIM, nice idea, I am prepared to offer a dead mouse as a prise for the best result.

jj50 - 18 Jan 2005 23:20 - 22618 of 23498

Does that mean you have caught it, Spaceman?

chocolat - 18 Jan 2005 23:27 - 22619 of 23498

Oh no....not the lurgy..

Spaceman - 18 Jan 2005 23:30 - 22620 of 23498

JJ, unfortunately no, however I now have 4 baited traps in a secure zone covering all approaches to our bedroom, I am confident that by the morning it will be a dead mouse.

I have baited 3 of the traps with Sainsbury's organic cheddar cheese and the other one with Green and Blacks organic cherry chocolate, that way if the mouse fancies a savoury exit it can have the cheese but if it has a sweet tooth it can select the chocolate.

Golddog - 18 Jan 2005 23:30 - 22621 of 23498

I'm still hanging by my feet from the cafe balcony! you lot just don't care about me anymore. The fact that i lost my trousers and my dignity and have a thorn bush up my arse makes matters worse.

-in need of a helping hand (a womans touch would be nice) poochy-

snoball - 18 Jan 2005 23:48 - 22622 of 23498

Good evening Socs.
There appears to be a dog hanging from the balcony.

chocolat - 19 Jan 2005 00:05 - 22623 of 23498

Oh blimey, poochie-poo
Where's jj with her plait when you need her?

amberjane - 19 Jan 2005 01:03 - 22624 of 23498

I dont know but I've found the sausage to go with it

Spaceman - 19 Jan 2005 08:01 - 22625 of 23498

No mouse caught, bit then again no mouse in the bed either, maybe it was more scared than me !

daves dazzlers - 19 Jan 2005 08:04 - 22626 of 23498

Mouse,,wheres the mouse,morning all.

jj50 - 19 Jan 2005 08:53 - 22627 of 23498

Morning all :-)

Sorry poochy, I assume choccie and amber rescued you in style!!

Morning DD, Spaceman. Bad news about the mouse - perhaps
it is not a gourmet ........? :-) Warning though Spaceman,
if you bring a hat into the cafe, I shall personally throw
it out of the door - this a mouse free zone!!!!!!
