If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Sorry to be a pain on this one, but inconsistency in data by definition renders it untrustworthy. As much as anything, it is a presentation issue, trades and stockwatch screens have same touch/feely about them, so it is sort of expected the result would be consistent. There is already the known problem of the "unknowns" if we then include another structural difficulty relating to lates, it becomes even more difficult. However at least if we know the reasons behind what is going on we can allow for it.
Thanks
SC

Termial L2, load JRVS and medium display and small bold font, resize width (down) of window/pane to a certain point and a redraw loop starts and doesn't stop until pane is made wider (by window or pane).

BT,
This is odd - I will see if I can reproduce it at this end.

BT,
I have just put JRVS on a terminal L 2 screen and done as you have done, but I cannot reproduce this - can you try an individual refresh on this frame to se if this stabilises it for you?

I can do it everytime Ian - resize width down and the vol and MM cols are continuously redrawn (both sides). Even when content changes. Refresh stopped the left side, but the vol and price are now overdrawn and the right side is still having a fight. BTW this is not new, just that I've never reported it before. :(It's obviously a pixel diff situation so I've pasted a screenshot..

All I've normally done is just make it a bit wider...

BrianTrayda,
Very odd. Looking at the code, I believe this may actually be a bug
in the Java plug-in. Can you let me know which one you are using?
Also, is this problem reproducible for you? I can't reproduce it here,
Felix

Again - similar scenario when first loading Terminal page. View 1802 - always streaming chart of closed US indices. Not evey time, in fact infrequent.
