This company floated in May and has just put out a positive trading statement. The sp is rising nicely and it has promised a dividend with it's results. Despite this I cannot find any press comment or bb comment-anyone done any research on this one as it looks worth dipping a toe in to me?

As well as Shares Magazine giving a buy rating last week, Investors Chronicle have also recommended them as a buy today. With a 10% yield now and shares down to 81p today ITW are looking better value all the time.

Pleased to see 4p rise today to 84p. I hope Daniel Stewart will update there forecast soon.

Couldn't resist this company any longer at these prices, have increased my holding and am now slightly overweight.

Interactive World PLC said its Chief Executive Rob Johnson bought 67,000 of its shares at 75 pence each, lifting his stake in the company to 1.19 pct or 495,720 shares.

Share re-acting now up 1.5p tp 81.5p, still at bargain levels.

PE only 9.8,
2007 PE = 8.8
2008 PE = 7.7

up 3.5p now

Huge transaction volumes today over 10 million that's over 25% of market cap.
Nearly all volume = 2 large sells at 75p which is well below normal price. Looks like somebody positioning themselves, could be a very interesting annoucement soon.

Article in Daily Mail today, who say that the market suspects there could be positioning by someone. We will have to wait for Tuesday.

Interactive World PLC said majority shareholder David Sullivan has placed 5.31 mln shares at 75 pence each with institutional investors in response to 'significant excess demand'.

Sullivan now has beneficial interest in 19.27 mln shares or 49.95 pct in the AIM-listed company.
