1 ratify an issue of shares and free attached 2009 options.
2 ratify an issue of 2009 options to Hudson Securities PTY ltd Nominee.
3 approve an issue of shares and free attached 2009 options.
4 ratify an issue of unlisted 2006 options to Simon Gilbert.

The 50,000,000 placement shares and 50,000,000 free attached 2009 option
mentioned but no box to vote on proxy form

sorry i've been reading dgt thread.

I voted yes for on all on all 4, i'm in aim RTM through Halifax share dealing nominee a/c always get voting forms and reports on all shares held also letter of representation for going to AGM and EGM etc and any perks companies give.
