Morning Boys, got home fine and thought It was quite a relaxed place considering the size of the eating area. Only crib was the quality of the duck pieces, but should have been more selective as you said Fred. Very good choice of food overall and thought It was a good venue, thanks Fred.

Fred1new - 16 Feb 2006 15:02 - 234 of 1427

I think a Balti sounds ---------------- or something like that.

Where is 55. He is keeping a very low profile.

Stan - 01 Mar 2006 08:32 - 246 of 1427

All got home OK I trust?

Be nice to get back Into a "real" no smoking room, my clothes stink. having said that I thought It was a more comfortable area In some other ways.

Roll on a smoke free environment.

Fred1new - 01 Mar 2006 09:49 - 247 of 1427

Stan I agree. I didn't realise how much one stinks of stale tobacco after being in a said "non-smokers room" in a pub.
Thank you for the book read a little last night.
Enjoyable evening.

Ian, Thank for the magazine "Trader" I think I will have it posted to me. I found it very interesting, ties in with what I am upto.

55011 - 01 Mar 2006 13:45 - 248 of 1427

Useful session, and a good exchange of news and views.

The ambience of the room was definitely better. Not cold, padding on the seats. We'll be getting big headed and feeling successful if we keep going in there. Not overlooking the good Doctor getting a session of reality in meeting up with one of his old clients, or should that be the other way round???????? Maybe that's really why he prefers the hard seats, some sort of penance........

Oddly, can't say I noticed the smoke. As a one time smoker (but hardly ever nowadays) I usually do notice. I can still taste that Balti though........... Jeez.

Glad Fred likes the "comics".

Stan - 19 Mar 2006 11:01 - 249 of 1427

All fit for tomorrow I trust?
