Jessie/DD..How about taking a look at the big race at Kenilworth, Cape Town on Sat. Its the biggest of the season, the J&B Met.

Our trainer, Glen Kotzen hasn't got a horse running in it this year but in one of the other group races on the same day he does have Arctic Gale running which he thinks has an excellent chance of winning.

Morning Opto!

For a change today we have available for lunch:

Chinese steamed fish with ginger and lime
served with french beans and rice.

Beef Stroganoff also served with rice and wild mushies.

Chicken. orange and avacado salad.

Potato Gratin with stuffed mushrooms and tomatoes.

Pork sausages presented in Ye Ol'bangers and Mash style with onion gravy.

To follow:
Banana rum pudding

Strawberry shortbread with ice-cream

Coffee and walnut fudge gateaux.
