If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Thanks J.
One further point - I can't see the streaming intraday chart. I get the company name and share denomination above a blue frame, but the frame is blank.
Edit: Does your previous reply apply here?

A comment/mild gripe about the MAM home page, which perhaps someone could consider once your current data-feed/migration troubles are over.
Just to say that I can't see the point in having the price ticker running on the home page. I usually log-in via the hp on the way to the BB just to see if there's anything of interest in the news/commentary headings, but the last thing I want to see there is a price ticker - something I usually associate (on home pages) with rather amateurish home-produced sites that stick a ticker on to try to spice things up. My view of MAM is that you're a professional outfit doing a great job with few resources - you don't need to spice things up with a ticker - visual candyfloss - that no one's likely to use. For those of us on dial-up the hp has been 'busy' enough recently anyway with all the flash-ads whirring away. Any chance that the ticker could be dispensed with, to calm things down a little? :D)

StonyB. We put it up on request from a largish number of users!

Bullshare - Users?!!!! - can't imagine who could possibly want to wait for a slow scrolling ticker when there are far easier/quicker sources for the info. It's not as though it's like Bloomberg or CNBC where you might casually check a price while watching something else. Do you really have users glued to the home page??? Must be some strange people out there. (Apart from those in the Traders' Room, that is.)
Seriously, thanks for replying. (Still trying to get my head around why anyone would have requested it...)

Quite a few closing price details are still wrong - FTC, WLH both wrong as regards % up or down and closing price. Quote gives different version of details again.

Yes, closing prices have been totally corrupt yesterday and today, along with the toplists.
They have obviously been fixed after some marketmakers have logged off for the day, without reverting to figures at 16:30.
Please rectify ASAP.

Streaming CNE chart shows correct price but has extra vertical line which did not take place - it suddenly appeared.

maggot: the streaming charts currently display 'Current'which is last trade, in the case of CNE there was a trade at 8:07 of 1384p. We are going to change the charts back to 'Mid' tonight

Why do the Home page LSE Biggest Winners/Losers lists constantly show weird info?
At the mo., Merchant MHG is showing as +2%, on the full list it is +27.27%.
Etc., Etc......
I often flick between sites and screens and this is often causing brief losses of heart rythm!
If they cant be accurate, why bother with them?
Apologies if peeps have already raised this!

There still sems to be a closing price and %bchange issue on stockswatch. Showing some stocks down when they are up. LMI for instance is showing down and it is up today.

Top 30 losers toplist(and presumably other toplists) is garbage, due to comparing today's figures to bogus closing prices.
Please correct.

Closing prices aren't any better today.
It's simply a lottery depending on which marketmakers were still live when closing price fixed.
This is getting beyond a joke now.
I pay for data from you.

I don't expect to pay for erroneous data...
