I thought Sylvia did a difficult job pretty well and with professionalism and integrity. True, it was difficult to get information out of her at times - but part of her job was to protect the company and ensure that the information put out was consistent. The content and accuracy of the information which caused so many problems would not have been her responsibility (as she would simply have been told to issue the RNS's). Sylvia would almost certainly have had as as many sleepless nights as we did trying to manage the inadequacies of her booses.

I wish her well in whatever she chooses to do next

Tonight MW will be visited by 3 ghosts. The ghost of SEO past, the ghost of SEO present and the ghost of SEO yet to be.
The ghost of SEO past will show him visions of happy days. Of an SP hitting 30p, of excited investors and clients, of a smug and content board.
The ghost of SEO present will show him P45's, legal writs from other companies, badly drawn up contracts, large corporate investors unable to feed their families as SEO lose their wealth and a board that carry begging bowls and cardboard signs reading "wife, kids and patent to feed".
The ghost of SEO yet to be will show him a grave, mourned by no-one and with a epitaph reading "here lies SEO. They had a wonderful product, but no vision and skill to get it to market in a timely manner".
Let us hope that MW has a similar moment of epiphany to Ebeneezer Scrooge and can wake up with a vision and determination of how he will change the future so that we can all throw away our crutches and say;
Merry Christmas one and all.

Alan - post 23101 a classic, loved it!! What will the New Years Resolutions for the board be I wonder? Lets not mention the words, lie, truth & honesty in any format.

How about, "All board members will wear there ties around their necks, rather than arse when addressing investors or releasing public information!".

I would settle for their resolution to have one RNS stating a contract and for the first time in the history of SEO tell us what it is actually worth and when.

I think I need to crack open a bottle of wine for this dream to continue!

OK. Following your advice, I am thinking of relying on it. I hold quite a few million shares. You are offering us all a wonderful '"win win" opportunity.

I trust you have the resources, or sufficient legal liability insurance, just in case your advice to the world at large, and any accepting SEO shareholders in particular, prove to be flawed or ill founded or just plain wrong.

For, should the SP increase at any point of my chosing over my original timescale of the next year or so, I will of course look to you for my missed profits from this point onwards.

Tony ... if you still hold millions of shares in this clapped out piece of junk, then you need your head examining ..... if you were brilliant enough to buy a few weeks back when sp was 0.9, then you should also have been smart enough to take profits ..... racing certainty that you aren't and weren't.

Just think what he could have done for SEO if he was CEO.

he could have saved the shareholders a lot of grief and heartache and money by finding a buyer or failing that putting the company into voluntary liquidation!
