If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Top 30 losers toplist(and presumably other toplists) is garbage, due to comparing today's figures to bogus closing prices.
Please correct.

The 5 day chart isn't a 5 day chart but a 2 day chart - apologies if this has already been reported

Closing price and |% up and down much better today. There are sill many differences between AM and say AVFN and Sharescope.

Closing prices aren't any better today.
It's simply a lottery depending on which marketmakers were still live when closing price fixed.
This is getting beyond a joke now.
I pay for data from you.
If I buy something from a retailer and it is not of merchantable quality, I get a refund.
I don't expect to pay for erroneous data...

TP,
Unfortunately, due to the problems we have experienced this week, you currently cannot access any further information at the moment as are storing a lower amount of historical information. JT will be looking at this over the weekend.
Apologies for the inconvenience,
Regards
Ian

Guys, this is a question about my PC but can't work out what's happening. Have tried the PC and Mac clinic some time ago and everyone very helpful but can't work out what's happening. My latest PC is causing me grief; (Medion, running XP home, IE6 upgraded with all the latest patches, Java downloaded and upgraded, flash upgraded, router software upgraded). Stockwatch gives me a blank page, and when I hover over the "Level 2" tab the Windows hand changes to a line and I cannot click it.
It all works fine on my very old Win 98 PC connected to the same router, albeit wirelessly. I've contacted Medion support (for it is their PC and they recommend all the above, if all else fails I have to restore the factory settings from the support CD which will be a pain.
Any flashes of inspiration?

Try this link, SC. If it works and the menu doesn't then something is stopping pop-ups:

Kayak & Ian. Thanks for the response.
Kayak's link works OK. But no chance of clicking the level 2 tab. I wondered if you might have a flash of inspiration Ian knowing how the tabs/links work. If not then I'll have to reinstall the factory settings and see if it wokrks again. Going to be going out to work around 8.15 so won't be using this machine until tonight, in case I don't reply.

Just going to paste myself a stockwatch link in here to see if that helps:
http://www.moneyam.com/action/nav/stockWatch
edit: well that comes up as a new page but it's totally blank, gives the correct address in the header and says "Done" in the footer bar.
Any inspirations?

SC,
from what you have said and if Kayak's link is working for you it would indicate that you have some kind of pop up blocking software on the machine.
Do you have a personal firewall on your pc such as Norton or Zone Alarm? There may be some block up popper in there if you do.
With regard to the stockwatch not coming up properly, this again may be related to a seeting within any firewall you have which is blocking the Java.

Thanks Ian. Norton Systemworks 2003 running but disabled. Can't find any other firewall setting other than the XP firewall which I have disabled for now. I wonder if the router behaves differently for the XP computer than the Win 98 computer?

SC,
When you disabled these products did it make any difference?
