I'll have whatever he wants..

jeffmack - 29 Jan 2005 22:11 - 23201 of 23498

I dont know what he wants but I know what he needs

chocolat - 29 Jan 2005 22:13 - 23202 of 23498

Well at least one of us knows what they want.

Socrates - 29 Jan 2005 22:32 - 23203 of 23498

I did wonder if my comment would cause a response. Jeffmack is psychic, Chocolat already has it and I'm not telling what it is because I am a gentleman.

On the other hand, I'll have a small bowl of sherry trifle and a cup of tea.

chocolat - 29 Jan 2005 22:37 - 23204 of 23498

Oh nooo, Socks...
what other hand?

Socrates - 29 Jan 2005 23:25 - 23205 of 23498

The left one Choccy, the right one is busy!

STORMCALLER - 30 Jan 2005 00:21 - 23206 of 23498

Morning all,
Thought I would surprise everyone and be early for the party, has it started?
Brought some more fizz as I hope lots of people will attend and I don't want to run out. Accidentally opened one as I came in the door, force-of-habit I guess, better drink it though, start the party in the right mode and all that.
Cheers!

STORMCALLER - 30 Jan 2005 00:44 - 23207 of 23498

Seems to be a bit of a quiet start, let's see if the old hi-fi goes to 11....nope, should have got that fixed!! Never mind I will try 10, sod the neighbours, this place shuts today, they will never get an injunction in time to stop me!!
Nice bit of ZZ-TOP should hit the spot, ideal juxtaposition to a relaxing glass of bubbly.....perfick

STORMCALLER - 30 Jan 2005 01:25 - 23208 of 23498

Mood change called for I think, Free, Heartbreaker, Bunny will kill me for playing it in her absence, at full volume, but what must be done.....better have a refill as well!!

Interesting thoughts Stormy. I'll just settle for a last full English breakfast, an experience to treasure for the rest of ones days. I'll lay back at some future time and think "remember those halcyon days when there was breakfast in GD's cafe and all of those great friends". It's the stuff that legends are made of.

Fundamentalist - 30 Jan 2005 10:11 - 23211 of 23498

chocolat - 30 Jan 2005 10:48 - 23215 of 23498

Just one little question this morning...

is the cafe closing twice??

Socrates - 30 Jan 2005 11:01 - 23216 of 23498

Twice? I don't think I could stand that. Choccy, can I have my hand back now, please!

Spaceman - 30 Jan 2005 11:02 - 23217 of 23498

Managed to borrow someones PC for a minute or two so thought I would see if the party has started. Still seems a bit quiet but its very early for a party.

Dont worry about upsetting the landlord by playing Free too loud, just tell him we are all off somewhere else. Can someone stick Lynyrd Skynyrds FreeBird on really loud when Free ends?

OK well have a great party, I will try and get back for a few minutes in the early hours and see if its still going well.

PS Cant wait to hear GDs revelations !

chocolat - 30 Jan 2005 13:02 - 23218 of 23498

Shouldn't you be hot-doggin' in here though, Socks?

Socrates - 30 Jan 2005 13:18 - 23219 of 23498

Choccy, I would but the equipment has disappeared.
