If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

SC,
Are you still having problems?

Kayak & Ian. Thanks for the response.
Kayak's link works OK. But no chance of clicking the level 2 tab. I wondered if you might have a flash of inspiration Ian knowing how the tabs/links work. If not then I'll have to reinstall the factory settings and see if it wokrks again. Going to be going out to work around 8.15 so won't be using this machine until tonight, in case I don't reply.
Rob
Just going to paste myself a stockwatch link in here to see if that helps:
http://www.moneyam.com/action/nav/stockWatch
edit: well that comes up as a new page but it's totally blank, gives the correct address in the header and says "Done" in the footer bar.
Any inspirations?

SC,
from what you have said and if Kayak's link is working for you it would indicate that you have some kind of pop up blocking software on the machine.
Do you have a personal firewall on your pc such as Norton or Zone Alarm? There may be some block up popper in there if you do.
With regard to the stockwatch not coming up properly, this again may be related to a seeting within any firewall you have which is blocking the Java.

Thanks Ian. Norton Systemworks 2003 running but disabled. Can't find any other firewall setting other than the XP firewall which I have disabled for now. I wonder if the router behaves differently for the XP computer than the Win 98 computer?

SC,
When you disabled these products did it make any difference?

OK, that's helped a little. Only thing changed was unchecking the JIT compiler for virtual machine. Sun Java was already enabled. Have restarted the PC. I now have a hand when I hover over the level 2 tab but nothing comes up. Stockwatch still a blank page.

Is there a reason why, when I click on "Quote", it gives me a 15-minute delayed price and tells me that I'm not logged in?

Have a request for Streaming charts. The vertical scale should be large enough to include the previous day's closing value. If you don't, today's chart does not give the "real" picture. ie:

What do you think Mike?
