Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Can you please go to the Tools Menu/Internet Options/Advanced, scroll about half way down and then check that you dont back both the Sun Java VM and the Microsoft VM options clicked?

If you do, can you please unclick one of them (if you are leaving the MS one enabled, can you please also enable the java console and java logging options) and restart your browser.

OK, that's helped a little. Only thing changed was unchecking the JIT compiler for virtual machine. Sun Java was already enabled. Have restarted the PC. I now have a hand when I hover over the level 2 tab but nothing comes up. Stockwatch still a blank page.

When on the stockwatch page, can you please go to the 'tools' menu and click 'Sun Java Console' and copy/paste the contents of that here?

Is there a reason why, when I click on "Quote", it gives me a 15-minute delayed price and tells me that I'm not logged in?

Have a request for Streaming charts. The vertical scale should be large enough to include the previous day's closing value. If you don't, today's chart does not give the "real" picture. ie:

Seriously weird! I click logout and it takes me to your homepage and tells me that I'm still logged in. I then click on Quote and it tells me that I'm not logged in as I reported before.

I'll try closing this window and opening a fresh window ...... I shall return shortly.
