Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Think gf may have just had a wiff of smelling salts!!!!!! Flipping heck, what a stupid, unsociable, horrendously disgusting thread this is becomming. Sorry not talking about the sensible remarks but the other dribble. Surprised adults can act in some cases like this, worse than children with a mental defficiency or from troubled familes. I cannot wait for something else to happen to get away from all of this. RIP to all human beings who pass away and show some respect - we were always taught to respect all and do not mock the inflicted. However despite what I was taught I wish a millionaire could spend some money on a literacy course whilst in the pub. Perhaps a person who does nothing but perpectually moan about this government could learn to put a cross on a ballot paper. Good evening all. Amen I rest my case. btw I don't care one jot whether one likes what I have written or not.

More waste by the government:
Police face multi-million pound security headache for Thatcher funeral

They could spend our money on infrastructure projects rather than wasting them!!!

For f's sake we have been paying for every ex Priministers Security for years whilst they were /are alive so what is different now? If there were not so many a--- holes out there then it would not be needed. I suppose certain people will ridicule our Monarch for attending the funeral.

ahoj, there wouldn't be such a security headache if there were not so many extremist yobs in this country. It is not the government who are wasting the tax payers money, it is the mindless yobs who throw bottles and stones at our police force. All the anarchist groups are warming up for demonstrations in London over the weekend - how many £millions is that going to cost the tax payers? Any excuse to latch on to anything that is going to make the news headlines. If our television networks stopped showing pictures of these idiots it might just go a little way to solving the problem.

3m,
Thatcher is dead.
She doesn't deserve, or need and certainly can't benefit from the hypocrisy some wish to "laud" her with.
She ruin communities, shattered families and was responsible for much of the social decay we see in society to-day.
Cameron, is in my opinion is attempting to link himself to Thatcherism and making a corrupt use of her death to booster his own political position and save his failing party.
You are entitled to your own opinion, as is the tory party idiot or apparatchik Hays.

I agree Fred Camoron was their trying to be the angel Maggie.
The whole thing was very distatsteful Labour MPs cringing in their seats.
No need for this surely Thatcher family should have had wife and husband lay together in quiet do. I think that would have been really nice and more appropriate.

Glenda Jackson's appearance and speech in the House summed it all up really - a woman not fit to lick Thatcher's boots - backed up by the Labour thug John Prescott - (now there is a man of rare integrity). She, an over-rated actress who gained notoriety for taking her kit off in The Music Lovers and he a Labour politician who gained notoriety for throwing a punch at a member of the public and cheating on his wife. What a great example they have both been to this country.

For those who didn't realise previously, you can all see now what a nasty little yob goldfinger really is. Which is why he was banned from ADVFN and believe me, you have to go some to get banned from ADVFN!
I'm not going to spend much time reading this thread again, it was bad enough with Fred1new and Tanker spewing their idiocy, now goldfinger is back in psychiatric care, threatening everyone and everybody who doesn't toe his line. If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny.
By the way, I was the second person to discover the meaning of life, unfortunately, it didn't mean anything, someone else got there first.

I issued a general 'calm down' message on that thread and am monitoring. As it is an open forum, there is nothing to stop someone re posting someone elses post, unless the originator was to take exception.
