gaz, nothing surprises me anymore, well apart from the fact that other people just don't get how things really work behind the scenes. NSA/GCHQ bugging me, really, bankers plucking figures out of their arses for bailout amounts, no surely not, bankers screwing politicians, politicians then screwing the public for being screwed by the bankers. Seems to me that everyone is just grabbing what they can whilst they can in the world of banking and politics. Of course the fish rots from the head down but by the time it hits the general public there will be nothing left to grab. The system isn't going to be allowed to decline in a controlled (as best they can) manner, it's a game of musical chairs to a level 1 implosion. Shame.

Over the years in the other place I have, along the way (as I come accross them) slapped peer reviewed published articles, cover ups, suppression of cancer cures, interviews from billionares that socialise with the elites (stating they want 2/3rds the "useless eaters off the planet, and even the one a couple of weeks back re GMO's

- the gov't grant funded scientist - who came up with the results that
- an "already on the market GMO"
- in feeding studies - caused ....death, tumours, brain cancers, miscarriages, sterility, deformed offspring etc etc
- it had been peer reviewed and was to be - published in "The Lancet"
- The creme de la creme ....Royal Society...threatened the Lancet Editor - it would not be good for his future carreer if - it was published
- Scientist immediatelt sacked from his post of...several decades standing
- Threatened with mega lawsuits - and a gaging order placed on him
- even the Prime Ministers office was involved in the suppression

Conclusion - not only "suppression" - but obviously TPTB (Inc our own gov't)
- want.....us unknowingly.....exposed to the above....nasties.

Omce - the people are constantly duped but then as Gaz says if they can't be bothered to read, to learn & prefer an apathetic shortened life then perhaps they are the reason we find ourselves swimming in treacle. Knowledge is Power. The question is - do we share it & if we do is anyone listening.

I've moved constantly throughout my life, making changes, keeping an open mind & staying flexible - it has and still is giving me amazing insight. I don't like rudeness anywhere and yet the west is full of arrogant individuals who think they have a god given right to spout how great they are.

Gratitude, humility & humbleness are so very often found in some of the wealthiest & intellectually intelligent just as they are found in some of the most poverty stricken and uneducated. It's a personality phenomenon.

Empathy for our fellow human is something to be encouraged. Instead we have a glut of "I'm alright Jacks".

A large percentage of the eastern population work for the family as a whole unit.

Not so very long ago we did. Grand-parents lived with their kids until they past away. Now we treat them worse than animals farming them off to private care homes to be ignored, abused & die alone.

We need to observe alot more & care alot more & then we take back the greatness we once were.

My nephews will learn that way & there'll be no rewards unless they are decent humans & get decent grades at school. Manners, respect for elders too.

- if ever you read "a degree of manual dexterity required" in the manual - it means you need to be a trainee gynocologist, double jointed...and hands the size of a 5yr old.
- and if it says - "patience & several attempts" ....it usually means
- it's helpful to have at least 6 fingers & two thumbs on each hand (plus a third hand), the stength of garth, coupled with the delicacy and ...of a micro brain surgeon
- having done one, once before.....all the above (& more) applies.

Mind you at mid 20's - my son, still ascribes to the view

Wish I had read your posts - before we had the beer and did the cam belt and pump belt - but it was a 50/50 call - & think your advice - would have swung it on the more beer & coffee...s.
Still all done and successful outcome - saved about a grands worth of garage labour too :o) - that's the one & only good part (you can really believe me on that one).

I'm sure at 118 degrees Squirell's needs may have exceeded mine (tho' only marginally),
