If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian,
Seriously weird! I click logout and it takes me to your homepage and tells me that I'm still logged in. I then click on Quote and it tells me that I'm not logged in as I reported before.
I'll try closing this window and opening a fresh window ...... I shall return shortly.

It makes absolutely no difference if I open fresh windows.

hilary,
Can you check to see if you have session cookies enabled?

You'll have to give me a starter for 10 and tell me where to look before I can give you an answer on that one, Ian.

On internet explorer, click on tool, and then internet options - then click privacy and then advanced - you will be able to see from here is the session cookies are enabled. if they are not put a tick in overide automatic cookie handling and then click to allow session cookies - let me know how you get on.

Found it now, Ian. No, I don't allow session cookies ....... never have done and it worked ok before you did your upgrade a couple of weeks ago. Should they be allowed?

Hil they should indeed be allowed - the changeover would have had no effect on cookies, but I am surprised you have been able to access without them enabled as this has been the same since day one :-) perhaps something disabled them on your pc accidentally.
Let me know how you get on.

Ian,
I've now allowed them and it makes absolutely no difference to the logout and quote problems previously mentioned ...... even when I open fresh browsers.
Like I say, I've never had a problem of this nature until you did your upgrade a couple of weeks ago. I had the same problem for a couple of days after you did the upgrade. I didn't bother to mention it previously, as everybody was complaing about bugs at the time, so I just left you to sort things out. After a couple of days, the problem sorted itself anyway but it has returned today.

Ian, any chance of getting that Terminal QUote Pane Java problem fixed. Been quite a few days now. I know there's still some big-ticket items, but everytime I change the EPic in a Terminal Group (that has the Quote) I have to get rid of the Java error and do without the streaming QUote info.
TIA
Brian

Please could I ask if you can get rid of saturday and sunday on the daily charts as the gaps make for difficult reading and may upset RSI - i.e. can we have continuous candlesticks.

Take a look at skp , late trades friday being added to volume totals - whilst I can see that now , if I looked later in the day I would assume they were Monday's trades.

I know its late / early and the market is closed / not open yet but I just checked my portfolio to find everything has gone down 100 %.
Hope this is just an out of hours bug or is it likley to be the case at this time normally. GRAEME.

Graeme,
I believe that there is a reset in the small hours, which is why you have seen these figures. I will however get JT to clarify.
