OK here we go (Crash, splinter, crunch....kick, splinter, crash) There it goes! (Swooooooooooooshhhh!) Yes! looks like the fire is out, can't see much under all that foam but I don't see any more smoke. KEAYDIAN is going to be sooooooo grateful that I saved him!

Morning all after yesterdays rather nasty fruit snoothy, I thought a fruit smoothy would be nice to start today so I have made up a batch and left it on the counter.

Its got Blueberries, Raspberrys, Banana, Apple Juice, Soya Milk and a small amount of bran in it, despite these ingredients its actually rather nice and my GF tells me it contains most of my 5 fruit and vegetables for the day (which I take to mean I am free to have as many Omega 3 Fish Finger as I want)

Morning! The smoothy sounds very, um, healthy! I would think that after something as healthy as that several portions of Omega 3 Fish Fingers would be perfectly acceptable, along maybe, with several burgers and chips.

Oh, mind the splinters, they seem to be everywhere! That foam is taking a long time to disperse.

Well I thought it would be a waste not to have a party.

Hello, what's going on here then? There I was nursing my disabilities and there is all manner of goings on going on. Not the least of which is a Marmite infestation!

I've had a rough time recently. Went to an antiques fair on Saturday and they didn't want to let me in, said I was definitely antique but not in good enough condition for sale, cheek of it! They only relented because I could show them I had some cash to spend. I got my own back though, I had a free ticket and then didn't buy anything! Is that a result or what?
