Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

3M,
It was the final part of her history.
But a balance to the tories attempt to hype the event.
Neither like it, or disapprove.
-------
As an atheist, never saw the necessity for funeral celebrations, or to be present at such, although for relatives I did attend on a few occasions.
I respected the living members of those families and the relatives.
In general, thought private memories of those dead was more important than demonstrating those feelings.
-----------------
Death certificates are poured over by historians all the time. Does it really matter whether it is today, or tomorrow.
Not saying the above is right, or wrong, but just personal feelings.
I do understand the "need" of "rituals" by some.

Makes me sick how these pro thatcher fans think they are in the right and everybody else is wrong. thinking they have the upper moral ground.
3 monkeys, I was highliting the irony of one of her biggest fans displaying the death cert on a public board. ie, Guido Folkes
And dont physicaly threaten me either until you know what your up against.
Hope you use your peanut brain well with the charity...loser.

The death cert was already published by The Times. I guess Guido Fawkes lifted from the Times online site. Anyone can order the cert from registrar. I don't see anything wrong with publishing it. I see from it that she was suffering from bladder cancer as well.

Iran struck by magnitude 7.8 earthquake
A magnitude 7.8 earthquake has struck south-east Iran, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reports.
The epicentre of the huge quake was 86km (53 miles) from the city of Khash in Sistan Baluchistan province, near the border with Pakistan.
Tall buildings swayed in the Indian capital Delhi, while tremors were felt across the Gulf and wider Middle East.
At least 37 people were killed and 850 wounded in a 6.3 magnitude quake in south-west Iran on 10 April.
The quake struck south of the country's only nuclear power station in Bushehr, which operators said was undamaged.
There are no reports yet of casualties or damage.

Tanker,
I had relatives who planted bombs.
One got home, the other was killed.
------------------------
They were both in France in 1944.
So I was told, both were fighting for what they or others "believed" in.
Were they cowards?

Not condoning the stupidity or waste of life, of the recent actions in USA, or Iraq, or Afghanistan, but reflecting views as seen from “other” sides and also those who resort to such actions, out of “feelings” due justifiable or unjustifiable impotency.
Often, the initial problems are furnaced, by the dismissal of political, or other rights.

She certainly did it for "her country"!
She was a remarkable woman.

GF,
You had me worried for a moment.
I thought you were looking for Dennis.
-------------
His will seems to be airbrushed out.
Didn't Mark, with his mother's help, do a deal selling arms and him pocketing £18million.

cynic
Have you ever tried a wine called Pleiades? It is made by a Californian winemaker called Sean Thackrey and comes in editions rather than vintages. I think they are up to edition XXII. It is a blend of high quality wines. Some years it is a bit difficult to get. Oddbins sometimes have a few bottles at the odd branch. Majestic have had it in some years.

Thats right Fred he also gave something like £970,000 to the tax payer I seem to recollect so he must have had a decent wad saved away.
Just thinking what a plank Camoron is going to look if it comes out the twins get £2o/£25 million apiece.
Wouldnt be suprised.

Tony Blair and the £8million tax 'mystery'
Official accounts show a company set up by Mr Blair to manage his business affairs paid just £315,000 in tax last year on an income of more than £12 million. In that time, he employed 26 staff and paid them total wages of almost £2.3 million.
The accounts provide the strongest evidence yet of the huge sums generated by Mr Blair through his various activities since quitting Downing Street in June 2007.

"This amusing viral video casts the Iraq war alliance between George W. Bush and Tony Blair in a whole new light. Created by Johan Söderberg for a Swedish television program called 'Kobra,' this parody synchs up images of Bush and Blair singing Diana Ross and Lionel Richie's breathless ballad "Endless Love." Their war may have gone horribly awry, but their hearts still beat as one."
