Agreed Woody. Many people don't realise just what GL accomplished.

squidd - 06 Oct 2005 18:29 - 241 of 1525

Thanks to some late buying, ULT has held its own on bad day. Perhaps the profit taking is coming to an end for now.

nigelc42 - 12 Oct 2005 10:47 - 242 of 1525

Any news Woodie ?

Appeal details: Computerised cognitive behaviour therapy (CCBT) for depression and anxiety (review)

The Institute has arranged a hearing for one appeal received against the Final Appraisal Determination and Guidance on this technology.

As set out in the Guidance for Appellants members of the public, including consultees and commentators for this appraisal, and the press, may request to attend the hearing. The number of observers admitted to the hearing will be limited to a number appropriate for the venue, and priority will be given to members of the public who are not employed by the appellant.

A hearing will be held at NICE (MidCity Place, 71 High Holborn, WC1V 6NA) on Thursday 17 November 2005 starting at 10.00am.

The name(s) of the appellant will be published on this page on the day of the appeal. The Institute will not comment on speculation as to the identity of appellants prior to publication of this information on the Institutes website.

Members of the public may register to attend the appeal hearing by completing and submitting the form below. Journalists wishing to attend the appeal should contact the NICE press office directly.

Chart looks crap.

stringy - 18 Oct 2005 23:24 - 245 of 1525

It does.

squidd - 19 Oct 2005 11:03 - 246 of 1525

Dil & stringy: I agree. But the prospect of all those prozac addicts being directed towards on-line stress counselling by some well meaning government think tank, is keeping me and doubtless others aboard.

pension271 - 19 Oct 2005 11:39 - 247 of 1525

Squidd - I agree - this share has always been news oriented - charts never predicted the jump from 0.9 to where it is now or at one time 3p. We all await the NICE approval in Nov. p/271

squidd - 19 Oct 2005 15:13 - 248 of 1525

Is anyone planning to attend the NICE approval meeting on 17th November?

pension271 - 19 Oct 2005 16:08 - 249 of 1525

Have requested a booking - will attend p/271

nigelc42 - 19 Oct 2005 16:28 - 250 of 1525

I thought the meeting on the 17th is the appeal hearing.

robinhood - 26 Oct 2005 10:34 - 251 of 1525

Does anyone know when NICE will publish it's final findings? (will that be imme after appeal hearing or do we have to wait another couple of weeks?)

grandadg90 - 27 Oct 2005 14:49 - 252 of 1525

Why is the share price moving today. Any ideas?

robinhood - 31 Oct 2005 15:13 - 253 of 1525

dunno if there's any news, but if so plse let me know. In the meantime I am enjoying the ride

windys160 - 02 Nov 2005 14:04 - 254 of 1525

have heard that news could be due around the 17th of this month, seems to be alot of selling today any ideas why?

TStringy - 02 Nov 2005 17:52 - 255 of 1525

windys160.

No secret about the news. The 17th is the date for the appeal re the NICE recommendation. Once it's known who the appellant is and that it doesn't affect Btb (most likely) then all is clear for the official recommendation to be given, which should come in December or at the latest January.

No idea as to why the sell off other than the usual day traders piling in recently. This will happen as we nearer the 17th. Lots of speculators likely to push up the sp on the run up.

True investors will just ride out the ups and downs and hang on at least until the big orders start to roll in during the course of 2006. Some will take profits along the way though. I'm planning on holding longer term as I see great potential for the next couple of years at the very least.

squidd - 03 Nov 2005 10:34 - 256 of 1525

pension271: In case you are looking in. I can't find the page on the NICE site to book a seat on the 17th. Can you advise?

pension271 - 03 Nov 2005 16:42 - 257 of 1525

squidd apologies just got back to desk after a lousy day on the roads.
Try above - it seems the bookings are closed now, unless u r a journalist!!
There is a chance that i have a booking - however looks like I may go overseas around 14th Nov - I wonder if one can transfer the booking!!!

squidd - 04 Nov 2005 07:21 - 258 of 1525

pension271: Thanks for that. I too already have something booked for the 17th but thought to give myself a choice of outings. I will be in touch.
