New Business and Client Developments

Cagney, an integrated group of marketing services firms, is pleased to announce
several recent new business wins, and the outcome of some important client
account reviews.

CST, the Group's advertising agency, has been re-appointed following a statutory
review of its National Savings & Investments account. In addition, the Group's
two largest clients have confirmed their intention to renew two-year
assignments.

Several new business wins across the Group have provided impetus to the start of
the year. Tree London, the Group's research agency, has won assignments for
Victim Support and Natural England; Exedra, the Group's brand consultancy, has
won a branding and positioning assignment for The Belfast Telegraph; CST has
been awarded three further government assignments, from the Department of
Children, Schools and Families, the Cabinet Office and UK Transplant; and The
Media Foundry, the Group's public relations agency, has won three new clients in
February.

Paul Simons, Chief Executive of Cagney, said: "In what is perceived to be a
difficult market we are encouraged by these developments from both existing and
new clients"

The Group's results for the year to 31 December 2007 will be announced on 31
March 2008.

However with results due the end of this month I expect further progress with the SP.

A 50,000 sell sell the offer down to 2.75. This has to be one of the best buys on the AIM now..

Still plugging as this is one the market has not yet picked up on. Media sector motoring well and with results due 31st March expect to see soom upward movement.

These are turbulent times and this is the only one I that I am holding right now and there is still not a lot about it on the BBs. But you can expect a SP build up towards results. Definately one for the pension fund, but I am a buy to holder person and not a trader.

One of the few not to go red today, which makes me think that the quality is beginning to show through and that we are on the bottom with only one way to go from here

Seeing as I am the only one posting there on Cagney, went off and found this on another BB and as its say as the header there------- Makes sense to me.

As reported in the interim announcement on 26 September 2007, the Group is enjoying a high level of activity in the second half of the year in terms of new business opportunities. Since the interim announcement, new client projects have been awarded by Budweiser, Alliance Trust and Sacla, and Government projects via the Central Office of Information. Since 1 July in total the Group has added 15 new clients.


Growth in the business continues. At the half year we reported gross profit of#3.7 million, a 63 per cent. increase compared with the same period in 2006.
For the full year we anticipate gross profit of at least #7.6 million, which
would represent an increase of 38 per cent. on the figure reported for 2006.
These growth figures include the effect of acquisitions.

All adds up to support the current rumour that March 31st will be a landmark for CAGNEY's trading position and hence SP
