skids - 24 Sep 2003 11:03

I bought into these some time ago, and they haven't really moved much for a while after initial links with Music co, etc. However, this week has showed some interest, anyone know whats going on?

Virtue Broadcasting has put on 13% to 4.375p over three days. On 28 October it said M Neville, a director of the company, had acquired 122,535 shares in the company at a price of 4.05p per share, taking his holding to 452,883 shares or 0.313%. In addition it said K Ackerstaff, its newly appointed chief executive, had acquired 250,000 shares at a price of 3.875p per share, making up his entire holding in the stock (0.173%).

AdieH

Rumours that Virtue Broadcasting (VTB.L) has been chosen to broadcast a new daily Lottery game might have something to do with the rise today.

skids - 06 Nov 2003 11:34 - 36 of 97

Seeing a bit of a rise today, 11% so far...

AdieH - 06 Nov 2003 11:45 - 37 of 97

Does anyone have any info why these shares are moving up and down on daily basis, any concrete news anyone? Is it worth holding on or taking profit now..

skids - 06 Nov 2003 13:32 - 38 of 97

Up 18% at present. I don't think the daily lottery contract has been agreed, however VTB are still in the running. And I read somewhere yesterday that the new lottery will be available before the end of 2003 on Internet/Mobile, and Interactive TV. So we need to watch for news I think. Personally I'm hanging on... but as always DYOR.

AdieH - 06 Nov 2003 13:47 - 39 of 97

Thanks for that, 25% up today, hanging on in there, if they get the contract for lottery do we anticipate breaking 10p barrier? Would appreciate comments.

skids - 06 Nov 2003 14:00 - 40 of 97

Its difficult to estimate the value of the contract, I certainly have now idea of the worth. But I imagine it would reach the 8/9p at least. Anything higher would be great...

AdieH - 06 Nov 2003 14:04 - 41 of 97

Thanks skids, will hold in hope even 8 - 9p would be very nice....

ckmtang - 06 Nov 2003 14:18 - 42 of 97

but y they suddenly rise back? I keep on eye on this share for few days they rise and drop back frequency....

AdieH - 06 Nov 2003 14:20 - 43 of 97

Yeah dont understand, must be someone building a holding, could be good news in
the long term.
