:o)

Golddog - 02 Aug 2004 21:45 - 245 of 808

depends who's holding it?

hilary - 02 Aug 2004 21:47 - 246 of 808

If you need someone to hold it ............

You've answered the question.

:o)

Golddog - 02 Aug 2004 22:53 - 247 of 808

If you have a Gee Gee pot back at the Cafe you may place a bet anytime on which team you think will win, prices are shown in the leaderboard and will change accordingly. New Gee Gee players get a 1000 pot and can bet on the horse races that jeffmack occasionly presents.

Note that the members of the winning team will win 4000 each to add to their pot if they have one.

confused! i am.
:-)

chocolat - 03 Aug 2004 00:34 - 248 of 808

Great, poochie-poo - we like you like that.

MightyMicro - 03 Aug 2004 00:56 - 249 of 808

That Gausie is clearly assuming that we're in a bear market where the cash option will win (he's doing OK so far). While I suspect that he doesn't need any help, should he be placing his 1m on a one week deposit to earn a little interest? In the interests of realism, shouldn't we let him?

chocolat - 03 Aug 2004 00:57 - 250 of 808

Tree-houses - the future's high..

Fundamentalist - 03 Aug 2004 08:15 - 251 of 808

MM

I think you'll find Gausie waiting for a big weekend announcement knowing that he can buy at fridays close (similar to the legs and bums with ANL this week.

jeffmack - 03 Aug 2004 13:17 - 252 of 808

Its not always an advantage. A share ramped in the Sundays can have a nice rise on Monday but fall back over the rest of the week. Dont forget once you put all your money in one stock you can only ever have one stock as you can only do one buy/sell each weekend.

ANL is down at the mo and I expect it to drift lower this week. (might be wrong)

brockman - 04 Aug 2004 09:41 - 253 of 808

Hmm, buying on a Friday?
Would hate to be accused of "over-reacting" but if we buying at Friday close should we not be forwarding our selection on Friday close?

How about it Poochy, I'm also extremely good at "nagging" don't you know ;o)

maggiebunton - 04 Aug 2004 10:26 - 254 of 808

Hi fellow girls on top. Had a few days away with Marcel in Tossa Del Mar, Kylie and Brad were taken temporarily into care when i was away as i forgot to tell them I was off on hols. They seem stronger for the experience. Nice of the council to put them up.

Looks like our performance needs some enhancement so we either give the market some viagra or start bribing Goldog to change the rules in our favour. Anyone know what Poochies weaknesses are?

Bye

maggie

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2004 11:01 - 255 of 808

I agree with Brockman - can we post changes by Friday midnight or something?
Morning Maggie - hope you have got a tan to die for now, just right for
that daring evening dress that plunges to the waist!

Pappy - 04 Aug 2004 11:07 - 256 of 808

Nice to start off with the "GIRLS ON TOP" but it will be even better when "THE WILD BOYS" come from behind!!!

Pappy

stockbunny - 04 Aug 2004 11:09 - 257 of 808
