what do you think of THR they are a hisk risk exploratory share. the last RNS gave disappointing figures but dont how to interpret these. do they mean that they are still a poss multi bagger but not to the same extent as previously thought or more likely dont touch me with a barge pole?
your thoughts if you get a chance please?
i only hold 100pounds worth and can afford to lose it as was a little gamble.

alan, i'll stick it here.
from what i have read it's not a dead cross. even though the 50ma has crossed the 200ma, the 200ma is still moving up. for it to be a dead cross both the 50ma and 200ma need to be on the down slope. however, if things carry on like this it does look like there will be a golden cross quite soon.

Take your word for it, bos.
Even with 20/20 hindsight I can't see anything in the chart that would have suggested the rapid rise. help me to learn?

the macd turning positive, maybe? but here is a good opportunity. let's keep an eye on it. if there is a golden cross, then it should be followed by a good bull run.

Disappointing there wasn't a better sp lift after the results but they are quite difficult to buy online-only small amounts better sizes through a telephone deal.

Robert -csh does look promising but very often with these small companies until they get noticed and excitement and momentum start to build they can lanquish at these levels forever!! Another like this is SEY on the research looks a very good prospect but not much of a rise in the sp so eventually I moved on. I'm currently in CHP as there's lots of interest and the likely announcement of good news very soon but no guarantees of course. The trick is to watch the ones the posters are getting excited about-do your own research to check them out and then hope to jump onboard and ride the upside jumping off when you 've made a satisfactory profit! It doesn't always work as I very often jump on too late! good luck MP

Some interesting posts, one I think that could bag at least with potential for a 5 to 10 bagger is AST which is Ascent Resources.
Presently a producer of small amounts, but amounts that give nice cash inflow, they have a very active 18 months of drilling ahead, with 10 drills in the coming 6 months for starters.
Some, like Hungary, offer very good chances of commercial gas to boost the revenue side and others like Italy offer substansial upside of large finds.
Very good mix of low and high risk plays and short term target of 25p and potential of 75p or more by Dec 07, not bad given AST is presently just 11.5p to buy, and directors have been spending big money recently buying shares between the 9p and 12.5p levels.
A producer gives them cash in status, with big upside on exploration, so certainly worth a flutter I feel on a short, mid and long term basis.
IMO, DYOR etc.. etc..
