If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

If we're talking about the login, there is a little infelicity connected with logging in multiple pages. Create two separate IE instances. From one click on a link to the Traders' Room, and from the second click on one from the Investors' Room. Log in both simultaneously and the results are not as expected. Something is not multithreaded properly.

K yes I have noticed that recently (last few weeks) and todays problem may well be related but todays oddities are new to me. I havnt worked out where you end up it seems a bit random !
Should add that the logons seems to work but go back to the welcome screen, if I then select stockwatch again i sometimes get prompted to login again. I have not tested all options and the stockwatch bit may be a red herring but thats when I am getting the problem.

Ian, Sorry to be grumpy, but I really can't be bothered to explain it all again. Can you take me off Terminal for the time being. Helen

HelenW,
No problem, but as far as I can see from your account you are not on a terminal promo at the moment. If you are having problems with your account, please let me know - either here or e mail ian@moneyam.com
Thanks
Ian

HelenW,
As far as I can see - and I am only going by the information available to me - the 'HelenW' Account has never been set to a promotional trial for Terminal - there is no record of an upgrade by yourself.
Have you ever been able to access terminal during this period since last thursday?

HelenW,
If it is related to your 3rd September page issue, then they are completely unrelated.
Which page is displaying 3rd September?
If it is the home page, can you please try going to:
http://www.moneyam.com?
(complete with '?' at the end!)
and tell me if that helps.
thanks.
J.

It is the 'window' in the terminal which has the usual Moneyam stuff in it (?homepage) that is stuck on 3rd Sept. All charts etc seem to update ok. When you say 'go to http etc' Im not sure which address bar I am supposed to do that in. Is it on the MAM homepage or by zooming in on the homepage window in terminal view? Sorry if I appear thick, but much of this computer stuff is not so obvious to some of us.
