Have given up speculating on this one, and will very soon reduce to frequency of checking as its not doing me any good at all. As someone said, this is now a bottom drawer stock.

We were told at the EGM (or was it the AGM? I have not checked my notes) that the filters required further tests and these were to be carried out by Aquasol or Adept Polymers. We were also told not to expect imminent news. (sounds like SEO !)

What about starwrap- understood live trials were taking place 3-4 months ago?

Knowing SEO's timing this will occur.
Several weeks after the public smoking ban, sales of cigs drop so low, the government in order to reduce smoking for health reasons (if your a cynic you may think all they care about is tax, tax and more tax) decide to increase duty on tobacco to such high levels that everyone who smokes decides to give up.
A few weeks later sales drop so low cig manufacturers are forced into liquidation. Government ban all tobacco imports, announcing huge penalties for those breaking the ban. Everyone, of course obeys said ban.
Following morning SEO release a RNS re all previous problems re the cig filter have now been rectified and they are hopeful of several large contracts to be signed imminently.
Following morning, further RNS stating that due to the SEO management now being aware of the situation re tobacco ban after attempting to contact those cig manufacturers they had been in contract negotiation with and only getting through to a recorded message stating ("Your call can not be answered at this time as we have all gone home"). We have decided to disposed of the idea and are taking it no further. They have also withdrawn the patent, and sold all the R@D for a token amount.

Almost immediately sales of cigs (along with booze) increase greatly as all SEO holders either drink themselves into oblivion, or their nerves are in such a state they average 40 cigs per day per shareholder.
After several weeks of sinking revenue from tobacco sales The government (after Gordon Brown has private meeting with a top Government scientist) has a U turn and release evidence that smoking is in fact good for you, remove the ban and re allow tobacco advertising via all media channels, extolling its health benefits.
Huge increase in all tobacco sales follows. Shortage of cigs and all relevant items, filters included, increase prices to record highs.

Far fetched, yes obviously but if the SEO management had been around when the Titanic sank, half of them would have been on it whilst the other half would have already been waiting on the bloody iceberg after the previous SEO boat (called flotation) waiting for rescue.

You can just visualize the scene.
CEO. Look we are saved, it's a ship. Light a bigger fire.
MD. Do you think that's a good idea, we are on an iceberg.
CEO. Don't be frivolous, look it's working. They have seen us.
MD. How can you be so sure.
CEO. Because they are coming directly at us, and still not slowing.
MD. Perhaps there is something wrong.
CEO. Were saved, were saved, quick sent out a RNS via your blackberry. This will put the sp up.
MD. Look people are waving, and some are even jumping ship and swimming toward us.
CEO. I told you look it's so close now I can almost step on board.
CEO/MD in unison. OH B****R.

Sorry to those who wish to keep things serious, but it's either have a laugh or cry.

Wrap 100, Bioplast, or whatever other names are applied to it - is being sold directly by BioTec (50%/50% SEO/SPHERE) to it's own customers as well as, I read elsewhere, by SEO to it's own customers. Albeit so far to small users, not yet to global users who were conducting trials.

Has SEO missed a chance. (MY COMMENT, not the articles)

If I remember correctly, Starpol can not be used in a microwave.

greekman, that certainly looks and reads like the product SEO should,could and would be bringing to market if they got their big fat hairy a@ses off their backsides and started producing something, somehow, sometime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

look on the bright side, at least SEO have got their Starpol golf tees off to a flying launch!

I am also coming around to the conclusion that this new management is as big a bunch of wankers as the last. Anyone who can put results out like that and mention trivia like f-----n golf tees and then miss out all the relevant detail on Greenseal, Starpol, FDA approval etc cannot be anything else! I rested my faith in Schroders and co. but now beginning to think even they may have been stitched up, after all it wouldn't be the 1st time a fund manager has been shafted, look at all those funds that stumped up 4 per share in a placing by Regal Petroleum only to be told a week or 2 later a major oilfield was dry and subsequently shares drop to <50p.

The golf tees thing was almost as slow getting to market as anything else seems to be - I learned from Ian Balchin nearly three years ago that they were 'playing around' (or was that playing a round?) with them.

At the same time there was also talk of biodegradable wine corks. Maybe they are still so happy testing them they are not inclined to conclude testing and market them!

The bid price as just gone from 1.03 to 08, after a 770,000 sell ?

Having been away and only just read the results am utterly bemused and frankly pissed at the way the results and expectations (if any) are presented.
.........The losses are what i expected but to offer hardly any glimmer of future prospects leaves me feeling cold and hard done by.
wheres greenseal? wheres the american plants.... wheres WALMART/McD's??? Wheres STarpol etc........... A shortage of PLA, shame SEO's products can't be made from BULLSHIT as they've managed to market bucket loads of that over the years.
Not happy. Thannkfully not broke and will now watch as this share either climbs in the next year or so or is asset stripped and sold off. Either way would end the agony of waiting. :-(

Actually, now with 12.9m, some revenue, and a burn about 3m pa (+1.76 net final Biotec payment in June) this could run for a few years until some powers decide to move ;-)

I just hope its before i'm pushing up daisy's..........

Are SEO working on biodegradable hub caps yet? Has to be a winner, there are thousands of 'em lying around on grass verges waiting for something wonderful to happen to them.............a bit like us shareholders really.

Biodegradable shareholders - that would suit them. Unfortunately its the shares that are biodegrading!

I wish I could biodegrade my stomach which is increasing with nervous eating!

I don't know why but I still have an optimistic outlook, surely Schroders et al would have cut their losses and dumped SEO by now and gone running, screaming, for the hills. Seems silly to base one's hopes on that, but with previous knowledge included it gives me reason not to get too despondent at present. I still feel like going down to Southampton and kicking a few doors down though!

Had several very slow trading days in the past, but this is weird.
Could it be trades are not being shown for some reason too dark to think about, or am I seeing dark forces that are not there.
It could be like, I think it was Kimoldfield said a few days ago, some of us are just loosing it.
