asos.com announces the launch of its newest arrival- 'Little asos'

Leading online fashion e-tailer asos.com, is today entering the kidswear market with the launch of a branded kidswear offering. The collection, called 'Little asos' will cater for babies up to 24 months and girls and boys aged from 2 to 6 years. The collection will have an impressive line-up of over 40 of the coolest kidswear fashion labels with clothing prices ranging from 6 - 120 and accessories from 4 - 120.

As well as stocking ranges from high fashion brands including Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger, Miss Sixty and True Religion, 'Little asos' will offer a number of boutique and independent labels such as Cath Kidston, No Added Sugar and Bob & Blossom.

The collection will also feature a number of UK and online exclusives. ONLINE fashion retailer asos.com has launched its long-awaited kidswear brand, called Little asos, catering for babies up to 24 months and girls and boys aged from two to six years.

The childrenswear collection also features fashion labels including Diesel and Tommy Hilfiger.

Shares in Asos rose 1.2 per cent on the news to 333.25p and after broker Numis rated the firm a "buy.

Numis said the new range was "another incremental positive" for the firm, adding that its "core business" continued to offer vast opportunities for growth.

Gap is understood to have inked a deal with young fashion etailer Asos to launch its first transactional website in the UK.


An announcement regarding the deal was expected imminently as Drapers went to press.

In October, Gap confirmed it had plans to launch a transactional website in the UK. In the same month, Asos announced plans to team up with fashion brands that did not have a transactional website to offer them an online presence.

The etailer already offers a web fulfilment service hosting transactional online operations for brands via its own website.

Asos and Gap declined to comment
