Not nearly good enough! But Insti's probably would go for it.
IF the potential deals {why do I hate that phrase} are achievable, surely the company is worth more than ~60m.

Agree, garyble. It is downright crap, compared to what we hoped for.
Value?? Like my opinion, it is worthless. The best one can say is that it will be more than the sp and less than we want, even if it does happen.
Lets be honest, time is not SEO's friend right now, and the longer things go on, the cheaper they will be to buy. If business is not forthcoming, then SEO will find itself hawking the streets like a tuppeny whore for a suitor who can take it on, regardless of price.
Depressed.
Essex??!! Never been and sincerely doubt I would want to.
There. I'll never have a friend in Essex now. I've alienated them all. ;-)

Does anyone know or care to hazard a guess at what Sphere are worth.
Then I can start a rumour that SEO are taking them over.

Of course, Sphere do note need to do an IPO, they can simply buy/reverse into SEO and take over it's listing, killing two birds with one stone.
Frankly, I'd be very happy for someone to make the decision for me and buy me out at almost any price north of 1.12p. One less share to track, one less thread to read.
Alan - I am tempted to ask if the cricket season has started again - lol!

I had a trawl of the deviseland site and it would appear that even PM is resigning himself to a buyout.
Fat cigars and pats on the back for the NEW NEW directors, a job well done in lining their own pockets?
The future is GREEN(backs) for some.
Unfortunately not me.
I need 5p for evens.
Not very happy.

So if PM and others are right about present the production figures for Biotec (not to mention the predicted future production) this company has to be seriously undervalued on Biotec income alone, which begs the question why arn't the existing institutional shareholders(who are supposedly better informed than us ?)topping up.Is there a possibility that this scenario has been overlooked or is nobody interested in this stock until serious firm news breaks? If you look at the potential for Biotech alone the share price should be flying(this is not the Greenseal hype of a few years ago )but a real boiplastics play producing the goods (Just look at the SPhere sites)but NO it's in the doldrums. Why I ask myself. To be perfectly frank I have no idea what is going on but if it was transparent it wouldn't be SEO.Answers on a postcard.Cold and damp in Cork.Confused PAD.

sadly I think you're right and if Biotec production was flying this year Schroders for one would know. If you were the key Schroders contact for the SEO relationship what would one of the 1st questions be? It would certainly be what is the planned income for 2007 and where will this come from? Unfortunately for SEO Biotec is the only worthwhile income stream but they would have had to give Schroders some reasonably acccurate guidance.
re. the research PM has done re. Biotec output it all looks genuine and well intentioned however I think there are differing understandings of what constitutes capacity, production and the lead times to establish the former. I think between Biotec, Sphere and SEO there is a lot of confusion around production. There are also some very hopeful assumptions around the time taken to establish new capacity. Also if Sphere do say they will increase capacity significantly this will take a minimum of several months to as much as 2 years+, several months if they have plant availalble that can be converted, 2 years if they have to build & commission a new plant from scratch.

We're all saved ,PM's back as Poker Faced on iii, let's hope we get some clarification of the Biotec production/capacity/projected capacity/actual capacity/that proportion of the former which relates to Stanelco etc...........S00N.
