The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Aint it quiet! I tried to buy some CFDs on MDX a little earlier through Barclays, but was refused as they has suspended trading on advice from brokers.
I think, that shorters jumped on this share yesterday, and from published b/s think some are now buying back.
Can anyone tell me from Level 2 the balance of B/Sells today and/or the amount of stock out on loan?
The other intpretation is unndeclosed dumping by an institution.
Dil, don't worry I am looking at this share to pay for my funeral. I am sure it will be a big one.

Let see if I read this right;
Bloke No. 1 gets put in charge of Company X;
Rich bloke from City bods says, Your shares are 50p on the open market but its a decent company , that with more investment, will make me a few bob in 5 years time, so Ill give you 95p a share for the lot
Sod off says bloke No. 1, I want at least 125p a share.. and so off they go on their separate ways.
Big existing shareholder says ooeerrrr, were up Thingy Creek. We were banking on that rich bloke taking these over, but, as we need the money to fix our other cock-ups, wed better dump a few million shares onto the market
Bloke No. 1 makes himself an excel spreadsheet to show to any other potential buyers that the company really is worth loads. The IFRS checks his figures and graphs, and say Now come on, thats not strictly how we value a company
And you can sod off as well says bloke No.1 Ive got my own spreadsheet, and Im always right
Over at the local winebar, Mr. IFRS and the Rich bloke from the City make a few phone calls, and get their friends to make life a little unpleasant for Bloke No.1 (and his ego) by driving down the share price to a point where it cant be used to raise the necessary investment to get Company X to the promised land, where revenues are greater than expenditure
.and, not too far into the future, Rich bloke barges into Bloke No. 1s office and bellows, Ill give you half what I offered last month, and some magic beans, for your company, you stupid little toe-rag .. and another ego learns how the City always gets what it wants, trampling all over PIs investments in the process.

This is how it works. Bloke No1 in charge of Company X transforms and expands in a short period of time Rich Bloke from City that knows the company inside out thinks, I want a piece of the action before it becomes expensive,
Bloke No1 knows a twat when he sees one and tells Rich Bloke to audition for Britains Got Talent as a comedian. Rich Bloke has now got the right hump and does his best to f**k up company and to be fair.. does not make a bad job of it.
Bloke No1 cant understand why shares have won 10-1 over the last eleven trading days, a score Chelsea would be proud of and still the price dropped like confetti.
Lets be honest if the buys had whitewashed the sells.we would have still had the same result??
The groovy gang are so excited they fall off their skateboards The Mondaos go through the car wash, Dil puts down a deposit on a Cinquecento, and the bums start to squeak!
Calm down, calm down, Bloke No1 has turned around a company that has always had a fantastic product. It has now become a company with an ever increasing product range making a profit and doing it the Dell way. Where is the bad news?
Bloke No1 says Despite the distraction of being pulled into an offer process, Meldex has seen a strong
start to 2008. Brands such as Hypozalix have
been extended across territories and re-indicated for female health. Increasing emphasis upon
the effects of obesity in the West including
type 2 diabetes and histamine intolerance were predicted in advance and the market feedback of
the Group's new launched products Phytosulin
and Daosin in these areas has been excellent.
We are expecting 2008 to be exciting for other developments such as a nicotine and
cigarette replacement which has received strong
market interest. Both Meltums and Fastwrap will be core technology drivers throughout 2008
with the partner base extending outside of just
the pharmaceutical sector. Data has been generated proving the Fastwrap concept with Ibuprofen
showing superiority to existing competitor
formulations.
The Company remains in an offer period and is in continued and detailed discussions with
third parties. These approaches have come about
as a consequence of the 'unsolicited' approach in January 2008. At no time has the Company
indicated it is for sale but has had to deal with
bona fide approaches in accordance with fiduciary duties to shareholders. These may or may not
lead to an offer for the Group.
I would like to extend my thanks to all the Group's employees without whose efforts Meldex
could not have achieved the success it is
currently enjoying.
There you go. Expanding at pace and achieving a profit not something that happens to bad companies. Meldex certainly owes me nothing I am all in this time round and admittedly have done a few quidbut I wont be doing a Mr Manwaring. I will leave that to the Mondaos!!
The City always get what they want against the weak!! You back a winning favourite you buy a
Cinquecento..You back a winning outsider you buy a Ferrari. If all favourites win the City would get Stuffed!!! And that is how it works.
