Choosing banks for this month's 'share of the month' competition was very apt. As there are more than 3 weeks to the meeting we should see plenty of movement

yes of course mindseye, you will be very welcome... the group has been meeting once a month for years now.

We talk about lots of things from indices/shares/trading methods/housing/oil, gold etc., etc., etc.

I'l lput it in my diary and try my best to make it as it would be good to get out and talk to like minded traders.

Sorry not to make the 1st - my wife and children pulled a fast one the day before and I was left looking after my 8 year old. I didn't think a share meeting would be the highlight of his afternoon - but I would have enjoyed it.....

Groovyjean and I have excahnged notes and hopefully I'll make the next one. I'm still very interested and very keen to meet up.

Funny you should say that.....

My 8yo son and 6 yo daughter often poke their heads into my study first thing in the morning to find out if we are making any money and to pass comment on the graph or figures on the screen. They know things aren't good when my numbers are all flashing red and my son will remark that the line (graph) should start going up or down. I've elected not to follow his comments so far, but then again I've never done a post analysis to see how often he might have been right......
