But my comments before 'were' very helpful.. I got lots of nasty comments hurled at me.. oh but I was wrong and the sky was the limit and it couldn't ever go down could it...

i take issue...I SAID the same as you ( and have just posted as much ). MAYBE its your delivery that needs addressing. any share that has gone up 3 or 400% is ripe for a slagging. it just depends how you do it.

ie if you are that smart , why arent you on the beach looking at your yacht?

Chiva20 - 04 Apr 2005 15:10 - 2460 of 27111

I second that Superrod, I find your opinions are constructive Jumpin. It's always best to get a diverse perspective of what's going on, you should take any personal comments with pinch of salt but if your opinion is against the masses you should pick your comments carefully or you're bound to antagonise some people

ethel - 04 Apr 2005 15:25 - 2461 of 27111

Thanks,Mickeyskint...I bought on the good news,so no more money to invest at nice, new low sp of ...???To repeat, new lesson learnt but it hurts!!!
Sentiment can change drastically in a very short period of time, can't it?

bhunt1910 - 04 Apr 2005 15:41 - 2462 of 27111

Jump[in - My comment was not so much aimed at the fact that you thought the share price was too high ( your views are as welcome as those who have an alternative view - so long as based on facts and analysis) - more at the fact that there are a lot of investors who beleive in this share - as i do - and who think it will go higher - as I do - but also acknowledge that shares do not always go up in a straight line - and that there will be corrections along the way. - I guess I dont like my face being rubbed in it when the price falls - especially as I bought yesterday at 16.9. But hey ho I have bought some more at 14.25. I am in for the long term and I still beleive that barring mishaps along the way the fundamentals are good and that the share price will rise.

I also beleive that there is more news to come on the other products that SEO have developed andf this will keep the sp buoyant over the next few months.

three months ago you could get into seo for sub 6p. the recent rise has been meteoric. it was due a retracment. but nothing has changed. seo is still a winner. i bought more on friday, i wish i had waited a day longer. but im not worried for the simple reason that this ek bollocks will soon be over . well done to those who shat and sold, you've made a rich man, who lives and breathes negativity, richer and more powerful. those of you who are worried about investing in seo should take a look at todays trades. considering todays drop, there is little difference in buys and sells. that tells me that a lot of people see this as a good buying opportunity.

Who said it couldn't ever go down, we have always acknowledged that it could even our Guru bos said a share never goes up in a strait line, its just the sharpness that hurts a bit, but like we have always said on this board any drop is a buying opportunity.
I just wonder what you are going to say when it creeps back up to 18p in the next week or so or even days.
bos you got in before me again.

I see a lot of you must have seen the evil one and then bought back in, nothing will ever scare you as much after what you have seen today.

evening. well at least today wasnt a big yawn!!!!! thought the bloodbath days were over but there's a ton of red all over my watchlist. wonder what tomorrow will bring?

Paulo2 - 04 Apr 2005 19:42 - 2472 of 27111

Right, who has been calling Evil a fat bastard. Just been checking out t1ps and it seems some peeps have been insulting him by e-mail and BB postings. Whoever you are -- keep up the good work.

nickrichards - 04 Apr 2005 20:01 - 2473 of 27111

Hello Paulo

I did post on the t1ps bb but it was in no way insulting, i just commented on the way i see things. I would rather not see insults thrown around the BB'S as I feel it just deteriorates into a slanging match and BB's end up with no content of substance re the companies we are here to discuss and learn about.
Sorry to disagree.

Regards

Nick

to put things in perspective.....

seo has had a meteoric rise and is fair game for shorters ( much as i despise the fact that it is possible to sell something not belonging to you ). ( in the share world anyway ).

peeps who go long suffer when prices tumble, but they have a distinct advantage over shorters, in that they can ONLY lose the money invested.

i assume shorters suffer the same feelings with every tick up but with the added fear that their losses may be many times their initial "investment".

eg

buy SEO ( 100k ) @ 15p.

goes bust

loss = 15k.

sell SEO ( 100k ) @ 15p

rises to the rather unlikely figure of 35 as bandied around a few bbs.

loss?....work it out.

one reason i never short, because the sky is the limit.

driver - 04 Apr 2005 22:02 - 2475 of 27111

superrod
I think it was me that said 35 but that was in 40 years, so I have worked it out for you.
(100k) @ 15p going to 35 = 3,500000m
I think I'm going to hold.

superrod - 04 Apr 2005 22:19 - 2476 of 27111

40 years? ta pal........ill be dead at least 20 of those LOL

at least my kids will be able to afford a bag of chips.

Barry Harris - 04 Apr 2005 22:21 - 2477 of 27111
