hilary
I would be delighted to give you the opportunity to find out. LOL How's trading these days?

This_is_me - 20 Oct 2003 23:50 - 2476 of 23498

Will jeff have to buy new pyjamas and start shaving at bed time again? That thin moustache and round glasses will not go down well up in those chilly latitudes where there is no central heating and a night cap is what you put on your head at night.

little willie - 21 Oct 2003 12:58 - 2477 of 23498

TIM..expect it will be royal blue satin boxer shorts with gold motifs all over and maybe a golden key strategecly placed near the fly.
Wonder if he'll have the matching dressing gown aka Noel Coward and if he'll also have one of those foot long cigarette holders for use in his new seduction boudoir [ whoops, I mean the bedroom he'll let to his secretary}.
Fancy being the company teamaker AND having a secretary!!???

Then he'll play that 'take your pick' game;
always confused the Irish, that one! lol

Socrates - 21 Oct 2003 18:29 - 2478 of 23498

"Boing" said Zebeddee!

This_is_me - 21 Oct 2003 19:02 - 2479 of 23498

Ah, puzzle solved! Jeff has fallen out with his secretary and she knows too much to fire her so he is having to do a runner before she confesses to her husband! Either that or he just wants marmite on leg for supper!

Well jeff are we close??!

zarif - 21 Oct 2003 19:07 - 2480 of 23498

8 Ball - 21 Oct 2003 22:53 - 2482 of 23498

Evening all

Rat is a delicacy in Leek! tastes like chicken so they say.

Socrates - 21 Oct 2003 23:45 - 2483 of 23498

Is it true that chicken tastes like rat?

jeffmack - 22 Oct 2003 09:53 - 2484 of 23498

stockbunny - 22 Oct 2003 14:25 - 2485 of 23498

Afternoon All! It looks like one of those days on the FTSE
when the glass definitely ain't looking half full,
more like half empty and draining by the hour!
This needs a glass of Cab' Sav' - or two or three.....
Hey GD nice to know I'm not the only one who sneaks out back for a quiet fag!
Has LW seen the dirty rat since the first sighting on Monday?
((Hmmmm fresh sawdust on the floor, nice touch very up market...)))

little woman - 22 Oct 2003 17:47 - 2486 of 23498

Evening all,

I only ever seem to want something stronger when I drop in!

Jeffmack that was a really bad/sexist site! (But I must admit I e-mailed it to a few people who I thought would see the funny side of it!)

Sorry folks but don't think I like to taste rat. I've not seen it since, but my neighbours have. Pest control are visiting Friday so hopefully we'll be able to discourage it (& others) soon.

jeffmack - 22 Oct 2003 17:48 - 2487 of 23498

little woman
What makes it so good is that it is real advert for a bespoke tailor.

little woman - 22 Oct 2003 17:57 - 2488 of 23498

I know, but if they would never have been able to put it on TV - too many people would have objected to it! Fortunetly for the web, it could actually be considered tasteful! (Especially compared to the SPAM that I receive!)

Socrates - 22 Oct 2003 18:01 - 2489 of 23498

Spam fritters and chips would be very nice.

little woman - 22 Oct 2003 18:03 - 2490 of 23498

lol :o)

jeffmack - 22 Oct 2003 20:04 - 2491 of 23498

can you still buy spam?

hightone - 22 Oct 2003 21:09 - 2492 of 23498

HT.

Socrates - 22 Oct 2003 21:34 - 2493 of 23498
