There is a new 'Bioplast' site (as part of the Biotec site) and it's in English.

http://www.biotec-distribution.eu/EN/home.html

oblomov - 17 Jun 2007 14:12 - 24770 of 27111

Strange note on the website - I'd rather SPhere ran the site, given SEO's record, but no mention made on the site of SEO that I can find. I'm beginning to wonder if SEO are entitled to a share of any of the deals SPhere do. That is, do SPhere keep all the profit from their deals made on their 50% of Biotec's capacity and SEO only profit from the deals using their 50% of capacity (which as we all know is 'nascent'!).

'This Website is the property of the company "SPhere", whose head office is situated at N 3, rue Scheffer, 75116 Paris Cedex.
'

As I have said before Biotec seems to good to be true so it probably is.I agree with Oblo we need to find out if SEO get 50% of the profit regardless of who takes the output.I no longer have my prospectus ,maybe details of the sharing are in there?Edit Masterson says yes, anybody disagree?

dawall - 18 Jun 2007 09:47 - 24772 of 27111

I think it is incredibly fishy that Paul Mines has not said anything re. Biotec manufacturing output, targets and capacity particularly given what was reoported in one of the French journals and the apparent silo installation at Biotec. If all that has been reported is true then it would be fantastic news for SEO, certainly share price sensitive and certainly worthy of inclusion in a "trading update". Now why would they NOT include it in a trading update?

Sadly the only conclusion I can come to is that there is something in the contractual detail that previous management, as with everything else, have f----d up and means that SEO are not entitled to profits from the Sphere revenue stream. No one from the "new SEO management" has categorically confirmed that it is a 50 / 50 split on ALL profits. What has been said in early RNS's re. the Biotec deal and JV means nothing as we all know now what a pack of lies previous RN's were!

Don't they look glorious..........

dawall - 18 Jun 2007 10:34 - 24774 of 27111

yea just enough sections in each cylinder to put a letter on each S.P.H.E.R.E

Mad Pad - 18 Jun 2007 17:45 - 24775 of 27111

dawall I'm with you on this one I think there must be "a rat in the woodpile".PM is convinced it is a 50/50 split( see his site and his post at 14.01 on iii)but with the recent track record it would be hard to see how they havn't screwed this up as well.Certainly the market is not impressed, but as allways time will tell.Down to last 1/2 mill.and hope I'm proved wrong.

greekman - 19 Jun 2007 08:48 - 24776 of 27111

There are a few rumors doing the rounds, re Sphere, Biotec, etc.
Also heard on the grapevine that Stanelco are to concentrate on the RF side of the business and they are bidding for the contract to RF weld the new radio active containers for all those nuclear power stations the government propose to build.

OK last one in the shelter!

garyble - 19 Jun 2007 11:36 - 24777 of 27111

We should have another thrilling RNS in a week or two........A few mil of our hard-earned gone to complete the purchase of a company that will mostly likely yield some serious profit, but sadly not for SEO!

tweenie - 20 Jun 2007 12:35 - 24778 of 27111

http://www.packagingeurope.com/NewsDetails.aspx?nNewsID=14131

well the silo news is there in technicolour.
lets hope it makes some difference.

oblomov - 20 Jun 2007 12:52 - 24779 of 27111

Thanks for that, Tweenie. It has to make a difference if half the profit is SEO's.

But is it? Seems to good to be true - and why no rise in the SP?

This is interesting - 'The Emmerich-based company "Biotec" is being visited by a range of celebrities, including the Walmart board of directors'

Could it be a case of 'Demonstrate the European setup works, then Walmart will sign up' and it will be time to build the MMP's in the US?

tweenie - 20 Jun 2007 12:57 - 24780 of 27111

Ob.........
It's gone up .001p, what more do you want.
:-)

oblomov - 20 Jun 2007 13:05 - 24781 of 27111

A lot more, Tweenie, a lot more!

boldtrader - 20 Jun 2007 13:42 - 24782 of 27111

we must now recieve some comment from SEO regarding this latest development stated clearly in print.

garyble - 20 Jun 2007 13:57 - 24783 of 27111

Oblo,

Stop with hypothesising and get your head back in the sand with the rest of us.

I don't think anyone in their right mind will take a serious punt on this untill either a deal is announced or absolute, unequivocal proof of success in the near future.

Too many have been slapped in the face, bitten on the arse and generally buggered all the way down from 30p.
