dawall I'm with you on this one I think there must be "a rat in the woodpile".PM is convinced it is a 50/50 split( see his site and his post at 14.01 on iii)but with the recent track record it would be hard to see how they havn't screwed this up as well.Certainly the market is not impressed,but as allways time will tell.Down to last 1/2 mill.and hope I'm proved wrong.

There are a few rumors doing the rounds, re Sphere, Biotec,etc.
Also heard on the grapevine that Stanelco are to concentrate on the RF side of the business and they are bidding for the contract to RF weld the new radio active containers for all those nuclear power stations the government propose to build.

We should have another thrilling RNS in a week or two........A few mil of our hard-earned gone to complete the purchase of a company that will mostly likely yield some serious profit, but sadly not for SEO!

I don't think anyone in their right mind will take a serious punt on this untill either a deal is announced or absolute, unequivocal proof of success in the near future.

I know a lot of piffle is written on this thread, but perhaps one of you is able to commentate on what is happening on the daily tradings.
Volumes are low, sales seem to outnumber buys (I know the problems and don't have level 2), but the price is going up against that which I would expect.

Why? Who or what is mopping them up the small volumes. The volumes appear small, but is this like a duck, calm on the surface with legs paddling furiously?

I haven't a clue who is doing what, but as an experiment I have just re-read the trading statement from last month in the light of what is happening at Biotec, the news that WM are having a look and assuming that SEO do indeed get 50% of profits.
It was disappointing in the extreme when it was first released. Now it is merely disappointing.
See if you lot draw the same sentiment.

I just see the trading statement in a different way to how I read it last month.

Gary, I'd agree except this project appears to be led completely by SPhere and that gives me more confidence. We may just be lucky in that Biotec could be the one decent initiative SEO had - even though it takes SPhere to realise the potential.

SPhere have thought this out very well - the deal on potatos especially.

I just hope that if it is successful SEO dont sell out early, take the money and run.
