Birmingham Pie and a Pint

Fred1new - 31 Oct 2004 17:08

Any punters living in Birmingham Area interested in a Pie, Pint and jaw, one evening in a pub in Birmingham area.
Personally interested in small time investing(gambling), developing an appetite for CFDs. Also developing an interest in Charting or TA.

I use Sharescope, Moneyam, Barclays, Comdirect and IC

Useful session, and a good exchange of news and views.

The ambience of the room was definitely better. Not cold, padding on the seats. We'll be getting big headed and feeling successful if we keep going in there. Not overlooking the good Doctor getting a session of reality in meeting up with one of his old clients, or should that be the other way round???????? Maybe that's really why he prefers the hard seats, some sort of penance........

Oddly, can't say I noticed the smoke. As a one time smoker (but hardly ever nowadays) I usually do notice. I can still taste that Balti though........... Jeez.

Glad Fred likes the "comics".

Stan - 18 Jul 2006 14:16 - 261 of 1427

OK Fred, how about you 55?

Fred1new - 21 Jul 2006 19:12 - 262 of 1427

Stan,

Ian must still be wandering.

I will be able of meet at the Anchor Monday 31st July at about 4.30pm

The Anchor.
308 Bradford Street,
B5 6ET

Perhaps if it is a nice evening we could move to another open air pub.

When the smoking ban is enforced we could find another venue with beer as good.

Have good weekend.

Stan - 24 Jul 2006 12:15 - 263 of 1427
