Why even bother to release an RNS which contains absolutely nada! unless this is their indirect way of quelling the recent rumours surrounding Biotec?

"There have been no significant changes within this recent period that are apposite to the Board's view on business prospects."
An interesting use of words. The statement will still be correct if the Board's view on business prospects is terrible. It leaves out what the board's actual view really is.

So, 'Si goodbye' to any 'silo' profit?
With SPhere ramping the huge bioplast production planned to start at the end of this month, would this not be an indication that SEO will not benefit?
GREEK!!!!!!!! Time to file that complaint.

Hi Lankn,
As I understand it, a Pre Close Update is now a requirement of the LSE, prior to releasing results.
Ob,
If no news is out by close of market tonight, the report will be sent tomorrow.
I will confirm when sent.

Just to play devils advocate, not that I necessarily believe any of it..............
SPhere are about to float, they desperately need to ramp their future. SEO made a promise of the new board that RNS would not contain anything but hard fact. Planned production is not hard fact.
SEO must realise the precarious position they are in regarding previous RNS that have promised much and delivered nowt, they have had enough complaints about it.
It really does come back to that word nascent!! If it means (as we all read it) that plans, sales and orders were comatose, verging on dead, then they still are. If it meant they were happening, but at an early stage, then they are still happening. The only thing it does not reveal is how big or profitable and who they are with.
FWIW, I am working on the theory of sales being dead, then it will be a pleasant suprise to be wrong.

Unfortunately, I think the money will run out before any profit.
the directors are in a win win situation AGAIN.
They get paid , have to deliver nothing and then move on .
await the next cash call/sale/ or more likely fold in 18 months.
theres nothin nascent about that.
bad day to give up smoking crack.

bad day to give up smoking full stop!!!!!!!!!! However it was pointed out to me that if you drop a fagend in the street you may get fined 80.00 whilst if you smoke in a pub or restaurant the fine is only 55.00 so the difference will pay for the bar bill

wonder how many fines SEO will have to pay in future considering all their instigated smokescreens

Michael Barrymore (allegedly) dropped a fag in a swimming pool and got away with it.

a-lad-in.
lol
at least you've manged to put a smile back on my face.
I skimmed over to PM's site- to see if there was anything positive there. it would appear he's deleted a few posters comments who I can only assume 'not happy'.
- I loved his comment - "Keep it real folks, no wild claims and accusations please "
pot kettle black.
Everyone have a good weekend.

The timings of some of the announcements e.g. successful ASDA trials, and the fairly meteoric SP rise just prior to the apparently proposed final date of penalty payment (either in cash or 2.5 times its value in SEO shares) are of striking coincidence.
But it could just be so !
If not, then we really were taken for a White Knuckle ride - what a complete b@$t@..

I think this is a serius matter and the FSA should investigate. I start to believe that the old board deliberately ramped the sp with the greenseal tale. I understand why stanelco couldn`t sell a penning worth of its products:
Wallmart, Asda, Perseco, McDonald.... obviously knew that the old boards was full of crooks.

The date of the high court settlement (if genuine) does appear to tie in with the series of RNS ramps when at their highest!
Probably just coincidence!

Surely not a former director of SEO behaving dishonestly.
perish the thought.
Whilst all in the past.Hope he gets his just deserts.
I wonder what other skeltons will fall out of this worm infested cupboard.
We were all led on a merry dance with greenseal. I'm guessing the fag filters will be a dud. I just hope Starpol is'nt . as i can't see any of the other products lifting the sp sufficiently to get my money back.
(I'm not holding my breath for a profit- anymore).

Anyone remember a day of lower volume dealings.
Todays total could almost be bought from loose change.
Everyone, now watching and waiting.
