all this good news doesn't seem to be having any positive impact on the share price

Thanks for that Oblo, a good find.
Is it good news though Sellsell?, SEO are not involved apart from the fact that they own 50% of the company producing Bioplast. SPhere are going to be making the biggest part of any profits from the sale of the end product. More gloom I'm afraid.

When Biotec got the 20k tonnes pa order from Sphere, SEO were to contribute 50% for the upgrade. Why pay 50% for something if you're not going to receive 50% of of the benefit?....unless of course that is the SEO way?!

Green radio programmes.Green TV programmes.TV packaging programmes. All prime time yesterday, educating the "punter" how to think green. SEO were miles ahead of the game, they were talking about the green revolution as far back as 2001,They should have been well placed with all their research, tecnology and patents. What ever happened,I just cannot see it,I just cannot understand how it's slipped away, or, has it? or, are we all green for buying the green dream !! Cheers to all.

Well, it is now 6 weeks to the day since I heard an English voice or saw a UK registered vehicle (other than my motorbike) and I have returned to Moscow for some R&R and a bit of civilisation.
What can be more therapeutic that catching up on the SEO BB?
Nothing's changed here.......

Thanks Oblo.
Sphere certainly have the bit between their teeth, its a shame the SEO does not, or cetrainly appears not to!
With an MCap of ~15m, I'm surprised Sphere have not made an offer.

Does anyone actually know how the working of the Biotec JV with regard to profit sharing etc?
I would have expected the EGM should have either clarified such an obvious question or kicked it into touch as being slightly complex in its arrangement blah, blah, blah...

Yes, thanks Oblo. At least SEO get a mention this time as part of the JV, but no Greek, no idea what the arrangement is with SPhere, Biotec & SEO; I could hazard a guess but would prefer not to because the sun is shining and I don't want to spoil that. I wonder what the problem here might be:- "Although we are currently facing opposition, mainly through agricultural regulations, I am in no doubt that French and European decision-makers will be able to make the right decisions to enable this sector to develop." What? you can only grow potatoes if you intend to eat them? Bang goes Potato Head man if that is the case; it's not though is it???? Anything to do with EU and all that stuff no longer surprises me though.

There are some people on other forums who can talk all day about the agreement with Sphere being a 50/50 JV (which it is) and a 50 / 50 profit share. With regard to the latter the actions of those in the know (directors & institutions), and the share price speak louder than words. Also the usual lack of clarity and confirmation from the SEO board indicates there are some major issues that they are probably trying to resolve. It clearly is not 50 /50 profit share as things stand at present.

Perhaps I should say every cloud is biodegradable but unfortunately that is not the case any more, especially in Japan at the moment. Nuclear power is great until something goes wrong, but at least it will keep SEO in some kind of a job! (not necessarily referring to Japan though).

Wal-mart went to see Biotec last month, if they point their suppliers towards SEO or Biotec, I can still see SEO coming good 2-3 years time (hope yet)!
