There are some people on other forums who can talk all day about the agreement with Sphere being a 50/50 JV (which it is) and a 50 / 50 profit share. With regard to the latter the actions of those in the know (directors & institutions), and the share price speak louder than words. Also the usual lack of clarity and confirmation from the SEO board indicates there are some major issues that they are probably trying to resolve. It clearly is not 50 /50 profit share as things stand at present.

Perhaps I should say every cloud is biodegradable but unfortunately that is not the case any more, especially in Japan at the moment. Nuclear power is great until something goes wrong, but at least it will keep SEO in some kind of a job! (not necessarily referring to Japan though).

Whatever happened to "Starpol 3000"????

Wasn't the final recipe being worked on since Christmas or before and was FDA approval being saught a year ago?!

How long would one reasonably expect a thing like that to take?

Also, wasn't WM deal {now either dead or moving over to Sphere} contingent on Starpol 3000 approval?

We've got a while to wait yet accrding to this - I think the 'futuristic police series' refers to the time the entire SEO board are arrested. The next sentence a very accurate description of the whole SEO story so far:-
