Looks like a bit of profit taking going on - probably those who bought before the evil one started to short SEO - and glad to get out with their money back or a small profit - do you think ?

Now that SEO management are demonstrating that they are capable of searching out new opportunities - rather than resting on their laurels - do you think we might get more news of collaboratves - hope so as this will keep the share price alive.

Morning all,

Just like to say i quick thanks to everybody on this bb, very high quality of posts and a bit of a giggle aswell!

This mornings rns was unexpected, but what a nice surprise...

Well we've now signed a deal with a leading us engineering and support company, guess this means that stanelco must be very confident that its greenseal tray lidding tech will be used thoughout north america (US, CANADA, MEXICO)

"Premier is sending a contingent of engineers to Stanelco for an extended period
of training and familiarisation. It is anticipated that Premier will be ready to
support a roll out of Stanelco's GREENSEAL technology across North America
within three months"

Think i'm right in saying that we now have the infrastructure in place (3 months tops)to roll out and fit the greenseal tech, all that we need is some more licence agreements! Which must be a cert, why else would you train up 150 engineers....... certainly not to sit on there arse and do bugger all! Also it seem furth alliances are anticipated in the future.

All good news, good luck to all holders.

p.s oh yeah bet a few shorters got a nasty supprise this am :-)

Fabuloso! I don't mind Bosley's singing either! Hurrah! I really hope the Evil Fat One (EK) is puking into his shorts at this very minute!

Why anyone wants to sell at this particular moment is a mystery to me. SEO are going to be BIG!!!!!!

This announcement is potetially 20 times the size of the ASDA one.

roma - 07 Apr 2005 09:51 - 2531 of 27111

Excellent news today.I think the profit takers, will be well sick in a years time, glad to see SEO are expanding and not just sitting back, buyers coming back in, not that day to day worries me to much,i'm in for the longer term.
Good luck to all.

mancharry1 - 07 Apr 2005 09:59 - 2532 of 27111

Bosley,is this preparation for a deal with Wallmart do you think?

andysmith - 07 Apr 2005 10:05 - 2533 of 27111

Just imagine what will happen when US deals are announced. This is a fantastic decision by SEO management, put things in place before going after the deals.
They are still at the moment a small company and better to have agreements with US engineering company than employ their own people out there.
Expect sp to fall again in next few days but the more people that buy high the higher the support price. Some profit taking will be computer generated, shame!!
Keep those shares locked up for the long-term but if EK does his tricks again, no harm in selling a chunk (20%) high and buying back later with an increased holding. I will never short but if you can predict when it is happening like Tuesday you might as well play the game to increase your holding. In the space of 6 hours I let them increase my holding, thanks EK!!!!

If this is anything to do with a deal in the US with wal-mart, the potential is massive.

As of February 28, 2005, the Company had 1,353 Wal-Mart stores, 1,713 Supercenters, 552 SAMS CLUBS and 85 Neighborhood Markets in the United States. Internationally, the Company operated units in Argentina (11), Brazil (149), Canada (262), China (44), Germany (91), South Korea (16), Mexico (697), Puerto Rico (54) and the United Kingdom (283)

Yes again this is great news but how come we didn't know that they could roll out else where we all thought we had to wait a year before the expansion. We should be more on the ball than this and know what our company is doing.

Driver here is your answer:
RNS Number:1658K
Stanelco PLC
24 March 2005

24 March 2005

Stanelco PLC ('Stanelco' or the 'Group')

ASDA adopt Stanelco's GREENSEAL technology

Stanelco PLC, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to
announce that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month
exclusive agreement for the application of the Group's GREENSEAL tray lidding
and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that
several hundred machines will be adapted to utilise the technology due to the
significant benefits it delivers.

The agreement follows successful trials at a number of different ASDA suppliers
and will mean that the suppliers involved in the programme will, where
practical, convert from traditional heat-sealing to Stanelco's revolutionary RF
technology.

bhunt1910 - 07 Apr 2005 10:56 - 2537 of 27111

Buys now outnumbering sells - just

kshammas - 07 Apr 2005 10:58 - 2538 of 27111

andysmith - 07 Apr 2005 11:09 - 2539 of 27111

Driver, the 12 month agreement with Asda is for UK and Ireland.
Outside of here they can roll-out this technology but have a major advantage in US with Wal-mart being Asda'a owners who are bound to be aware of this.
Watch the sp, it will drift back as this RNS is just alerting of an agreement with an engineering company, which is great for us SEO followers but is not a deal to supply RF retrofits. Expect sp drift-back and I may buy again as now even more confident of SEO expansion plans. Makes the 1 year deal with Asda look even better as it allows SEO to concentrate on this and probably US which will be bigger than Tesco/Sainsburys.
